DENVER, COLORADO: 'Married At First Sight' Season 17 couple Austin R and Becca Haley struggled to form an intimate connection since exchanging vows. The couple had addressed their intimacy issues in front of Lifetime show sex therapist, Dr Pia but they failed to conclude.

In the recent episode of 'MAFS', expert Dr Pia had a therapy session with Austin and Becca to see if they were willing to have sex. She asked the couple's views on foreplay. Becca noted that foreplay could not necessarily be intimate to which Austin disagreed.

Austin admitted that he was quite hesitant about the topic on cameras and he wanted to take their marriage slower, meanwhile, Becca wanted to take the next step in their relationship. Soon after their therapy session, Dr Pia sent a sex basket with intimate games, handcuffs, candles and more to deepen their connection.

Despite Austin's hesitance, Dr Pia's gifts encouraged the couple to form a physical connection. However, the viewers took to social media and slammed the therapist for allegedly 'forcing' Austin and Bacca to have sex.

A social media user tweeted, "Seeing Becca and Austin forced into physical intimacy is so unbearable to watch!!" Another person added, "Them trying to force physicality with Becca and Austin is painful to watch." Another critic trolled, "'No pressure, Austin. Here’s a sex toy basket.'"

Another X user commented, "Not a sex basket!" Another viewer said, "Since when do you have to force a husband who’s attracted to his wife to have sex with her? That goes for backwards cap and wet blanket Brennen."

Another internet user penned, "OMG Pia making Becca intiate sex when it's him that wants nothing to do with her? Pia be a good little sex therapist and FUCK RIGHT OFF! Please and thank you."

Meanwhile, Austin was with Brennan Shoykhet and claimed that Becca seemed to be rushing into intimacy. He also claimed that he felt the pressure as Becca talked about connecting physically over and over again.

Austin R considers having kids with his wife Becca Haley

Austin R and Becca Haley had a huge disagreement about raising their kids due to their religious differences. However, Austin now considered having kids with Becca after he noticed the motherhood quality of his wife.

In the previous episode, Austin was left surprised after Becca had fun with the kids during a family photoshoot. During the photo session, Austin got to see how Becca interacted with the kids, and it got him thinking about what it might be like, should they remain together and have kids eventually.

He shared with the cameras, "She is really great with children, and seeing that is very important to me." Austin added, "I would be lying if I said that I hadn't really ever thought about how we were going to, like, raise children together, even though we have different beliefs."
