These exceptional weapons are gradually discovered while exploring Hell-A, but most of them can only be obtained after completing the main story, owing to their immense power.

What are the steps to obtain all 8 legendary weapons?
Burtalizer
To obtain the Burtalizer weapon, you need to complete the Body Art mission first. Head to Beverly Hills and look for a house with a red roof. When you arrive at the house, go to the garage and talk to Francisca. If you have completed the mission, she will grant you the weapon.
The One
To obtain The One, start by heading towards the city side of Venice Beach. On your map, look for a building with an L shape, and beside it, a rectangular one. Go to the rectangular building and trigger Sarah's questline. Then, meet Sebastian in Lotusville Mall to receive The One.
Big Shot
Begin your quest for the Big Shot weapon by heading to Bel-Air and searching for the 'It's Not Your Fault' side quest, which is one of four side quests in the area. The building is located near the top of the area, with a large tennis court underneath it and a triangular windowed roof. After completing this mission, Luciana will grant you the weapon.
Body Count
To get the Body Count weapon, you need to first complete the Redacted mission. Then, go to Venice Beach and find three crates. Enter the open crate and go to the back to find the weapon.
Party Starter
Visit Lotusville Mall on the Ocean Avenue map and complete the Drunk and Disorderly mission. Then, go to the parking garage and locate a white car near the entrance. The weapon will be in the trunk of the car.
Blood Rage
Start the Fool's Gold mission, and go to the fast travel point on Santa Monica's beach. Head towards the back of the building, and you will find Blood Rage there.
Krakatao
Begin the Missing Steve side mission at Lotusville Mall on Ocean Avenue. Find Steve and complete the mission to receive the Krakatao as a reward.
Emma's Wrath
To obtain Emma's Wrath weapon, complete the main story first. Then, navigate to your storage tab and search for the Unclaimed Property section. The weapon should be located there.
