Oklahoma eating joint Lee's Sandwiches witnessed what has become a common sight across the board - unmasked civilians rebelling against mask mandates that have been issued in the interest of public safety. In the footage from March 10, uploaded on the restaurant's Facebook page, an unidentified man can be seen coming on strong. His body language is evidently tight as he paces around the counter while unleashing a barrage of inappropriate comments, one of the many being: "You're all Nazis, you're a traitor to the country."

It does infuriate the shop staff and bystanders but thankfully the episode doesn't go beyond the name-calling. One of the female employees tries to escort him out of the premises respectfully, but he comes back with stronger claims and asks if they are trying to put a hand on him to harass him. A patron and a co-worker rushed to her aid to avoid a further onslaught of verbal maltreatment. Seconds later, the man is seen exiting the establishment.

Later, Lee's Sandwiches shared a minute-long clip on their social media hoping to find out who "THIS GUY" was. "You know....it’s tough enough already to stay open and keep the team serving during an unprecedented pandemic. Then there’s humans out in the world like THIS GUY that make it just that much harder. Anyone recognize this guy? We asked him to wear a mask," the post read.

While no one had an answer to that but they surely weighed in with their two cents on what went down at the restaurant. In the comments below, there were several users who thought the shop handled the situation deftly and even praised them for being strict about their mask-wearing policies. However, the outliers thought Lee's Sandwiches was not "freedom-friendly". Some even swore not to give them any business.

"How ridiculous does your business look now? Luckily there are other businesses this man can spend his money that are freedom-friendly. And for those of us who have never darkened your doors. You just sealed the deal for eternity. We will not spend money here," one commented, while another shared: "Well another place that won’t get my business. Shameful you even post this. Tho I don’t agree with how the guy handled himself, I definitely don’t agree with your post about it." "So sad that you chose to put this on your website. I will never support your business after seeing this," another wrote.

"Them asking if anyone knows this man gives me pause as well. I’m not arguing the mask mandate. Businesses have the freedom to enforce the mandate or serve who they want. But encouraging ppl to “out” this man’s identity, if that is the goal, isn’t something I can get behind," another user shared, while one posted: "Wow. Customer shaming and lack of respect. Won’t be eating here ever. I’ll be sure and spread the word to avoid this place!"
