Couple who raped abducted woman in front of their children in NY motel nabbed after victim alerted front desk
DEWITT, NEW YORK: A Massachusetts couple is reportedly facing a slew of charges after allegedly beating and raping a New York woman in a motel room in front of their children.
On August 23, a receptionist at the Red Roof Inn told Onondaga County police how a 34-year-old woman ran to the front desk asking for help while wearing only a shirt. Police later revealed that Tasheana Flannery, 30, and Dustin Wilson, 27, beat the woman with a baton, repeatedly raped her, and assaulted her with sex toys in a hotel room.
The victim, who wasn't identified for legal reasons, reported that she had been raped by the two suspects in room 207. The receptionist told police she had checked on Flannery on August 18 and that she was with a man and two young children. Flannery was later found to be the children's mother, and police said the children were aware of the sexual assault that took place in the room.

Sgt Jon Seeber of the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office reported how deputies responded to a call from the Red Roof Inn at 6614 Thompson Road in DeWitt, New York on Tuesday, August 23, at 9.30 am. Officers found the female victim after arriving at the scene, where she told them that she met Flannery and Wilson at the hotel. She claimed the suspects repeatedly raped her, abused her with sex toys, and forced her to perform oral sex on them in the presence of the two children. The victim somehow managed to escape from the room and ran to the front desk, where the receptionist reportedly hid her in a closet as she dialed 911. The receptionist told cops that the victim's injuries appeared as if she fell down a flight of stairs, and that ring marks around her wrists indicated that she was tied up, according to Syracuse.com.
Police removed the two minors from the hotel room and took them to the McMahon Ryan Child Advocacy Center. They were ultimately placed in the custody of Onondaga County Child Protective Services. Meanwhile, the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office said Wilson and Flannery are facing various charges, including first-degree rape, three counts of first-degree criminal sexual act, two counts of first-degree aggravated sexual abuse, second-degree assault, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, second-degree unlawful imprisonment, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Wilson is being held in Onondaga County Justice Center without bail, while Flannery is remanded in custody on $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond.
