Proud dad Snoop Dogg shows off his 'lil girl growing up' on Instagram, fans call Cori Broadus 'gorgeous'
It's always refreshing to see celebrities with their kids and is even more inspiring when they are truly proud parents. Strip away the glamor, the fame and their successful careers in the entertainment industry and you may find a sincere human being beneath their status. An example of such a celebrity is the iconic rapper, Snoop Dogg, who recently shared a photo of his daughter, Cori Broadus, on Instagram. Along with the pic, Snoop wrote, "Daddys lil girl growing up. @princessbroadus" in the caption.
In the picture, we see his fully grown-up 21-year-old daughter sitting on a sofa in her natural beauty wearing a grey off-shoulder knitted top and jeans with flame patterns. Broadus posted the same photo on her Instagram with the caption, "Be Free, Be You at all times @fashionnovacurve fashionnovapartner."
Fans have been quick to respond. "She's beautiful" said a fan while another wrote, "Dang you cute." Another commented with an in-love emoji for her firey pants. One fan says, "Sweetly Endowed" while another described the pic as "Gorgeous".
Broadus, who shaved her hair off in 2018, has opened up recently about gaining self-acceptance. She revealed that she had often felt insecure about her complexion. At the time, she shared an inspirational message on her social media, speaking about her journey and how she was finally happy with who she was. "I can finally say I'm comfortable in my own skin, grew up despising the skin tone I was in because it's been bashed for so long & society has been pitting in our heads that dark is ugly," she said.
Earlier this week, Broadus, who is also a budding singer took to her Instagram page to subtly announce that her boyfriend, Wayne, would be featuring in her new music video, 'With You'.
Although nobody knows when they began dating, Wayne and Broadus have been posting pictures of each other on their social media platforms for about a year. In June last year, Broadus used a picture of her and Wayne to shower the latter with praises as she tweeted, “I wish everyone could experience your love, thank you for all that you do for me.”
