'Chicago Med' Season 7: Who is Darius' real father? Here's who fans suspect
Like many other shows the hit NBC medical drama 'Chicago Med' has gone on a break but not before leaving a major burning question behind. The mystery, in particular, is in relation to ED pediatrician Dr Dylan Scott (Guy Lockard) and a child that comes to the hospital sick.
Dr Scott has established himself as a caring and hard-working doctor on 'Chicago Med' but when a boy named Darius comes in with a broken arm and also gets a cancer diagnosis, the situation gets foggy as the doctor has ties to his parents. The Dr Dylan Scott and Carmen Walker connect
From what we learned before, we know that Dr Scott has known Carmen as well as her partner Tyrell. His past job as a police officer saw him arrest Tyrell and we know that he and Carmen dated in the past. This relationship is also what caused a certain level of friction between the ex and the current husband. The reveal of Scott and Carmen’s history raises the question of the parentage of the latter’s son, Darius. It remains unclear as to when Scott and Carmen were a couple, and whether it overlapped with Tyrell’s arrest. This mystery could also possibly mean that Scott could be the biological father of Darius. This fact didn't go unnoticed as some alert fans pointed out the same.
Add to it the fact that there might still be some lingering feelings between Scott and Carmen and a revelation of fatherhood might just be the key to a new romance. This is what fans had to say.
