Charlie Puth's eConcert: How to stream Microsoft Theatre's live show also starring Royce 5'9" and Sasha Sloan
The unending global lockdown due to Covid-19 has led artists to shift their concerts to the web giving them a new way to interact with their fans. Several artists in 2020 took the same route and keeping in mind the same, singer-songwriter Charlie Puth will soon be performing at a live virtual concert.
The ‘See You Again’ hitmaker shared the big news via his official Instagram account where he revealed how excited he is to perform for his fans as he missed them so much. “I’ve missed performing for you guys so I’m excited to announce my live virtual concert with Yoop on March 31st! What is the Live virtual concert about?
According to the official press release, Charlie Puth will perform at a live virtual concert with entertainment company Yoop at L.A. LIVE’s Microsoft Theater. Yoop has partnered with the Microsoft Theater to launch the first-ever Yoop eSpace in Los Angeles with an initial lineup of eConcerts. They will host high-quality produced events from the venue that allow artists and creators to reach fans worldwide with an unprecedented live immersive and interactive eConcert experience.
In a press statement, Yoop Founder and CEO Benoit Fredette said, “We’re proud to team up with the iconic Microsoft Theater to bring our first Yoop eSpace to the entertainment capital of the world. The venue and its team are at the top of their class and embody the production quality we want to offer artists. We created the Yoop eSpace with the connection between fans and creators at the core and our eConcert experience makes fans feel like they’re in the venue with their favorite artists and creators, even from the safety of their home.”
In a Billboard interview, Puth also shared his thoughts on the virtual event and asserted, “It’s been really fun getting to know my fans even better through social media this past year, and I am excited to perform live for them in this interactive virtual concert experience.”
Speaking on the same lines, Lee Zeidman, President, STAPLES Center, Microsoft Theater and L.A. LIVE said in a press release, “We are incredibly excited the Microsoft Theater has been selected by Yoop to launch their eConcert Yoop eSpace experience technology. We look forward to the amazing line up of talented artists that will perform live from our stage while connecting with fans around the world and in doing so, strictly following all LA County Health Department rules and protocols to ensure a safe environment for all.”
Who all are performing?
Apart from Charlie Puth, hip-hop legend Royce 5’9’’ and Russian-American singer Sasha Sloan will perform at the upcoming event. However, the listed artists will be performing on different days.
When is it happening?
Royce will perform on March 11, whereas, Sasha will take over the virtual stage on March 24. The main event i.e. Charlie Puth’s performance will take place on March 31, 2021.

Fans can simply visit the official website of Yoop app or hit the link here in order to get the tickets. The price of the concert ranges from $17 to $21. According to the official website, the virtual concert will kick-start at 9 pm EST and will end at 10 pm EST. Fans can also be part of the Afterparty which will end by 1030 pm EST.
