Lisa Kudrow stuns her deserving cousin with a home renovation on Monday's new episode of 'Celebrity IOU,' with a little help from her friends, the Property Brothers! While they're at it, Drew Scott and Lisa Kudrow can be seen on the upcoming episode belting out a well-known hit from the '90s hit show 'Friends'!

In an exclusive early peek of the HGTV show, airing on Monday, May 16, one of the Property Brothers star delights the 'Friends' alum with a performance of the iconic NBC sitcom's popular tune 'Smelly Cat.' Kudrow identifies the song Drew is playing on an acoustic guitar before he can even start the vocals. "Oh, you're playing 'Smelly Cat!'" she puffs as Drew starts to perform in front of his co-star and twin brother Jonathan. Kudrow then starts clapping and shouts, "Very good!" before taking up a second guitar to accompany him.

In a separate on-camera interview, Lisa Kudrow reveals that she doesn't mind when people make Friends references, but she can't recall most of them. Jonathan asks Kudrow if she would even like to sing the song and if she remembers the lyrics. The actress confirms that she remembers the words! Jonathan taunts Drew in the brothers' confessional video, saying that his brother practiced and rehearsed in front of the mirror, something Drew does not deny. Drew tries to harmonize, which he says is something he needs to "work on" going forward, and the duet doesn't get off to the best of starts. Kudrow jokes that he threw her off balance.

Drew was also chastised by Jonathan, who joked, "You're out of the band, Drew!" The Property Brothers guide Kudrow through the home renovations on Monday's 'Celebrity IOU,' as she attempts to dazzle her cousin and best buddy Thea with a magnificent property remodel. Lisa Kudrow's cousin and best friend has had a difficult few years, but she has chosen to open her heart and home to rescued animals; Lisa invites Drew and Jonathan to help her cousin refurbish her condo.

Thea rescues and shelters neglected and senior pets. Kudrow refers to Thea as a soul sister rather than a cousin, and mentions how she never, ever asks for assistance. As Kudrow knows she needs a pet-friendly apartment, the makeover is the finest thing ever, because Thea means so much to her. She went on to explain that being able to do this for Thea means the world to her, that it will be ideal for her and her furry family, and that it will completely transform her life. While Lisa is hesitant to take on demolition, she finally joins Jonathan and Drew in ripping off cabinet doors, pulling out old tiles, and tearing down a wall. The plan is to add premium vinyl flooring, performance fabric furniture, and also an outdoor dog run that will last for years and benefit Thea and her four-legged friends.
