DUXBURY, MASSACHUSETTS: The 7-month-old baby boy, who was allegedly strangulated by his mother Lindsay Clancy, has died, according to authorities. The announcement comes three days after his two siblings were killed as he remained in the hospital.
In addition to allegedly murdering the seven-month-old baby now identified as Callan, the 32-year-old Lindsay Clancy is suspected of killing her five-year-old daughter Cora and three-year-old son Dawson at the family's Massachusetts home. Plymouth County District Attorney confirmed that Callan died at a Boston area hospital on Friday morning, Boston news reported.

The Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office in a statement Friday afternoon said, “Today, at approximately 12:30 p.m., The state office of the Chief Medical Examiner contacted Massachusetts State Police assigned to our office to report that at 11:18 a.m. today, the third Clancy child was pronounced deceased at Children’s Hospital in Boston. The victim has been identified as Callan Clancy.”
Lindsay Clancy, who is reportedly suffering from post partum depression, however, survived as she attempted to kill herself by trying to plunge from the window of her house. When Patrick, her shocked 34-year-old husband, arrived home on Tuesday, he saw Clancy lying motionless outside their house and immediately dialed 911.
An earlier report from MEAWW suggested that Patrick was working from home due to apparent reasons that her wife was suffering. He was reportedly out for 25 minutes to pick up a takeout when all this unfolded. Clancy is still receiving medical care at the hospital and is being held by police. She will be charged with homicide whenever she is discharged.
Despite the family and friends claiming that she was suffering from PPD, authorities were saying they are investigating the allegations. Clancy worked as a midwife at Massachusetts General Hospital and was on a leave.
