Following the investigation of Bob Saget's death, his widow and daughters are actively trying to block the release of his death investigation reports and records. They were denying the Florida officials from releasing photos as well.

On Tuesday, February 15, the family members filed a lawsuit against the office of Orange County's Sheriff's Office. This lawsuit also included a complaint filed against a local coroner. Saget's family was of the opinion that the records associated with the late 65-year old legend's death were confidential and exempt from disclosure to the public” under state law.

Was Bob Saget murdered with a baseball bat? Multiple skull fractures spark rumors

The results of the autopsy said that Saget suffered 'blunt head trauma' which was likely the result of an 'unwitnessed fall' in his Ritz Carlton Orlando room. The medical examiner working the case of Saget's death said the late comedian suffered severe skull fractures but his death was ruled 'accidental'. The lawsuit by Saget's family focuses on preventing the release of records including "photographs, video recordings, audio recordings” and “statutorily protected information” to the public.

A doctor told the New York Times that Saget's injuries were more consistent with a “baseball bat to the head” or a fall from “20 or 30 feet.”

A user on Twitter shared the autopsy findings and said, "Seeing all over that Bob Saget’s autopsy report suggests he was murdered. Certainly, he had a terrible injury. Many seem to think the injuries to the frontal bone and superior orbits seem to indicate that he was struck multiple times. Almost certainly not, and here is why 1/x".

Another said, "Are we just going to pretend that ANY of this makes sense? If he hit his head that hard that they describe it like being hit by a baseball bat to the head or thrown out of a car how did he get up, think nothing of it, and then go to bed?"

This user said, "The Bob Saget autopsy is just getting seriously odd. Surely police are now backtracking all possible cctv to check that something didn't happen between the gig & hotel & perhaps someone carefully put him in bed. You don't casually put yourself to bed with those types of injuries."
