'Below Deck' Finale: Did Robert model with Taylor Swift? A photo of them posing during a shoot surfaces online

Rob used to be a successful model before joining The Wellington and when he had the chance to pose for photographer Peter Lindbergh, he didn't know it was beside Taylor Swift

Robert 'Rob' Westergaard took to yachting only recently. He was a model before he joined the nautical world only to realize it isn't as breezy as it seems. He left his career as a model to slow down the pace of his life. He was a successful one and in-demand too. 

Talking to Andy Cohen on 'What Happens Live with Andy Cohen', Robert dished that when he first heard about a work opportunity with a famed photographer, he was thrilled, so much so that he didn't wish to know who he was going to share the frame with. 

"My agent was like, ‘We have this opportunity for you to shoot with Peter Lindbergh,’ who was like, the greatest fashion and editorial photographer ever, and they were like, ‘you’re going to shoot for someone famous,’” Rob said and added: “I was like, ‘yeah, I don’t really care, like I just want an image from Peter Lindbergh.’” 

Rob and Taylor Swift worked on a Hermes campaign in Paris, France. A fan shared a tweet from over seven years ago to confirm this.

Rob's life and its speed may have changed, but yachting and serving charter guests on The Wellington wasn't the smoothest experience of his life. He and Jessica 'Jess' More were romantically inclined since the beginning of Season 5. While the first few weeks went by without any hiccup, it wasn't long before external triggers began to impact their equation. They love each other, it's evident, but are not being able to come on the same page about it. 

Rob enjoys his free life but also dotes on Jess. But she wants Rob to focus only on her and has little to no tolerance for jokes. His friendly equation with Aesha Scott has been an issue with her for the longest time. Jess even sat Aesha down in the galley and told her to stay away from Rob, albeit gently. She said if it were her, she wouldn't be having inappropriate conversations with Rob like Aesha often indulges in. This was after Aesha accidentally touched Rob's butt during a photo op with the charter guests.
