'Awkwafina Is Nora From Queens' Episode 7 Preview: Nora tries to come up with billion-dollar app idea

The seventh episode of 'Awkwafina Is Nora From Queens' will release in a couple of hours. Titled 'Grandma loves Nora', here we will see Nora getting into stiff competition with her cousin Edmund for her grandmother's love and affection. There are various plot threads in this episode and we will also see Nora trying to help Edmund make an app that will help him impress investors. Apart from that, Wally (BD Wong) finally makes an Instagram account to impress his crush.

According to the official synopsis of the episode, "Nora competes with Edmund for their grandmother's affection; Wally creates an Instagram account to impress his crush."

In the preview clip of the episode, Nora comes out with numerous ideas for Edmund's app. Her ideas include 'Netflix for dogs', 'An app that tells you if you're ugly or not', 'an app that shows what you would like if you were a decaying ghost' and 'an app that beckons squirrels'. Edmund and Nora get into manic brainstorming and struggle to come up with an innovative idea for an app.

In the previous episode, Nora suffers a vaginal injury after her young cousin gives her a kick. She cannot stop queefing and a DJ decides to record the sound for his next remix. Nora isn't entirely pleased with this. 



 

On the show, Awkwafina plays a 20-something trying to navigate her way through adulthood. She has her wacky grandmother and serious father for company. Her father tries to tell her to tap into her potential.

So far in the show, Nora has been involved in numerous escapades that include working in a real-estate agency, trying to get her license and dying her hair red. The show is a slice-of-life comedy and has acquired high ratings ever since its first episode.

'Awkwafina Is Nora From Queens' airs on Comedy Central, Wednesdays at 10.30 pm.
