According to Solow & Co, the jewelry line that created both Grande's engagement ring and the wedding band, Gomez was a crucial part of designing the diamond and platinum ring the singer will be seen sporting once photos are out. The price of the ring still has everyone's curiosity piqued, but a spokesperson for jeweler Jack Solow of Solow & Co told E! News on Monday, May 17, how pleased Gomez was with their joint creation. "It's a beautiful, tasteful platinum and diamond pave band," the spokesperson said. "Dalton was very happy with it." The outlet added that Gomez turned to Solow once again after having designed with them the $350,000 engagement ring he had proposed to her with.

Solow had told the outlet about their creation that Gomez "was involved in every step of the selection process through FaceTime and Zoom since he was on the West Coast and I was here in my office in New York". The engagement ring was a much talked about one, as the giant oval-shaped diamond crested on the band was accompanied by Grande's birthstone — a pearl. Solow had told the outlet that he was "was very, very specific about what he wanted" and "had very strong feelings about how he wanted this to look, a contemporary kind of way". "It was his idea to do the diamond on an angle and he said to me we had to incorporate a pearl into the finished piece."

Ariana and Dalton's wedding

The couple who dated through quarantine left their fans stunned and thrilled with a super 'tiny' and ultra 'intimate' wedding, the news of which wasn't out until sources confirmed it to major outlets. Attended by a small gathering of friends and loved ones along with both the families, the wedding took place at Grande's home which she bought from Ellen DeGeneres. The setting was the backyard filled with hundreds of white flowers.

According to insiders, Grande and Gomez "both agreed there was no point in waiting" to exchange their vows as the timing was perfect with their careers in mind. "They decided to have the wedding this past weekend because their schedules are picking up and neither wanted to wait," the source said, adding the ceremony was "beautiful but not over the top". Grande wanted it to be simplistic and tasteful, revealed the insider. "All they cared about was having family there and to be able to enjoy the special moment together."
