'Are you interested?' Thrice-divorced Jane Fonda flirts with Chris Wallace, asks about his marital status
LOS ANGELES, CALIFRONIA: CNN host Chris Wallace had a humorous experience when activist and Hollywood legend Jane Fonda questioned him about his marital status. Wallace then jokingly asked, "Are you interested?" Fonda and Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas are featured in the most recent episode of Wallace's talk show 'Who's Talking to Chris Wallace', reported NewYork Breaking.
The thrice-divorced Fonda told the host that she always talks to that one person in the far corner of the room at a party. She then jokingly inquired about Wallace's marital status, hinting that the 75-year-old would be an entertaining company at a party. During the conversation, Fonda said, "I hate parties. I hate cocktail parties. I always end up finding one person that is interesting and sitting in a corner all night. Do you do that?" Wallace replied, "I, yeah, I know what you're saying," as reported by Mediaite.
'Are you interested?'
Fonda continued and questioned, "Because I'm shy, basically. Which, you know, just small talk. I don't. I can't do it. Isn't that boring? (cut) Are you married?" Then Wallace flirtingly asked, "Yes. Are you interested?" To which Fonda replied, "No, I just. I just thought I should invite you to parties so that the two of us can just go into a corner…"
