Kay and Keenan seemed to be at the airport as they took the selfie video. Keenan tagged Kay Kay in the story with a heart emoji.
Keenan did not write anything else about his relationship status, but it seemed pretty clear from the post that the couple is still together as both looked happy in the video.
Kay Kay later reshared the same post on her Instagram story. She then uploaded another photo where the cast members are holding their passports in their hand, hinting they are traveling somewhere.

Why did Vickala 'Kay Kay' Gray leave 'Love Island USA' Season 5?
After Keenan got evicted from 'Love Island USA' Season 5, he left the villa, giving a kiss to Kay Kay. This made Kay Kay say, "I'm leaving too."
He then told to Kay Kay, "No stay here, stay here." Not being able to hold herself back, Kay Kay said to the host Sarah Hayland, "Can I say something, I would like to voluntarily also leave."
She then added, "I feel like I found what I came here for and I would like to leave it here."
Kay Kay's decision left everyone in shock. The star confirmed, "That's okay, I'm not upset" as she walked out of the villa holding hands with Keenan.
