After a humdinger Episode 2 of 'Euphoria' Season 3, all eyes are on the upcoming chapter, titled 'The Ballad of Palladin'. A preview of the third episode was released by the network soon after the second chapter. 'The Ballad of Palladin' is a chaotic wedding episode, and the opening voiceover suggests it will be "filled with hope, so joyous," though it is anything but. The teaser hints at multiple character confrontations even as the wedding remains the central theme.

Lexi (Maude Apatow) asks Cassie (Sydney Sweeney) if everything is okay. "Of course. It’s my wedding day," she responds, with the promo interspersed with quick glimpses of Rue Bennett (Zendaya) dealing with guns. At the other end, Nate (Jacob Elordi) is seen throwing up in the restroom, while Cassie's tone goes from excitement to concern, as she says, "Something is wrong." Then comes a fleeting sequence, where Maddy (Alexa Demie) is seen at the wedding, to which Marsha (Paula Marshall) is heard saying, "I can’t believe she had the nerve to show her face."

How the plot unfolds is still kept under wraps. However, speculations are rife that there will be drama between Marsha and Cassie at the altar. As for Rue, the business with the guns spells bad news, and the teaser hints at something more ominous in the offing. At the time of writing, there is no official synopsis for the third episode. However, the promo is in line with creator Sam Levinson's hints about Episode 3 during his interview with Entertainment Weekly.

Levinson revealed that Season 3 will also include a wedding for Cassie and Nate Jacobs, who have remained a couple since high school, explaining, "Cassie is living in the suburbs with Nate; they're engaged, and she's very addicted to social media and envious of what appear to be the big lives that all of her high school classmates are living at this point. I will say that Cassie and Nate do, in fact, get married. I'm confirming it. And I promise that it will be an unforgettable night." This perhaps spoils half the episode at best, but the tease shows more drama involving Cassie. The series has been a hit with audiences, with just two episodes released so far. Episode 3 premieres on Sunday, April 26, 2026, at 9 pm ET/PT on HBO and simultaneously on HBO Max. Seasons 1 and 2 are available to watch on the streamer.
