The global entertainment industry knows how Netflix is one of the top production houses in the world today and directors from around the world are constantly having meetings with the streaming platform so that they can showcase their projects on it. One of the earlier non-English projects to enjoy success on the platform was a series named ‘Anne Plus’. The Dutch series arrived in 2018 and turned out to be a huge success.

The success prompted Netflix to renew the show for another edition and now that the show is enjoying a massive fan following, the makers have raised the stakes and decided to come out with a movie based on the character of the show. Titled ‘Anne+ The Film’, the story sees Anne (Hanna van Vliet) trying to adjust her life after her publisher criticizes the manuscript for her first novel. She is about to move to Amsterdam with Sara (Jouman Fattal), but it seems she is not the only person who is lost.
