'America's Got Talent' has returned for Season 17, which means auditions have commenced. This year, fans will be introduced to a whole new lineup of entertaining talents, all competing for the grand prize of $1,000,000 and their own Las Vegas show.

The competitors will exhibit their extraordinary skills throughout the audition stages in order to impress the judges. They may perform illusions, magic, comedy, acrobatics, dancing, singing, and several other acts from different disciplines. Judges may choose to advance them to the live performances, remove them, or award them a "Golden Buzzer," which will advance them directly to the live performances. We'll be watching each week as Judges Sofia Vergara, Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum, and Howie Mandel select which acts will move on to the next round. Spectators have already witnessed some outstanding performances this season; now, let's take a look at one of this week's promising participants.

Who is Lace Larrabee?

Lace Larrabee is an Atlanta-based actor and touring stand-up comedian who performs in venues around the country. Laughing Skull Comedy Festival, She Devil, Asheville Comedy Fest, Limestone, Red Clay, Accidental, Comedy Fort, and She Dot Festival in Toronto are among her festival credits. Lace was also selected '2018 Best Local Comedian' by Creative Loafing Magazine readers.

Lace has opened for comedians like Tig Notaro, Caroline Rhea, Rachel Feinstein, Dave Attell, Nikki Glaser, Mary Lynn Rajskub, Maria Bamford, and many others. Her comedy has been featured on Viceland's 'Flophouse,' and The Weather Channel's 'Weather Gone Viral.' Besides, Lace is a FOX network favorite, having been on 'Laughs,' 'Dish Nation,' and 'Punchline.'

Lace has also appeared in the written dark comedy 'Queen America,' starring Catherine Zeta Jones, hosted three episodes of 'Unprotected Sets' on EPIX, and was a "celebrity guest" on three episodes of Caroline Rhea's 'Caroline & Friends' on the Game Show Network. She is also deeply committed to empowering other women. At Atlanta's famed Punchline Comedy Club, she developed Laugh Lab, the city's first and only all-female stand-up comedy class. Laugh Lab was named the "2019 Best Comedy Class" by Atlanta Magazine.

Lace and fellow Atlanta comedian Katherine Blanford co-host 'CHEATIES!,' a humorously therapeutic podcast. 'CHEATIES' is a delightful, juicy affair where the two witty co-hosts sit down with a guest who has either been cheated on or has been the cheater. It focuses on the interpersonal errors we all make and, more importantly, how we overcome them and come out on top.

Catch Lace Larrabee on 'America's Got Talent' Season 17 on Tuesday at 8 pm on NBC. Subsequent episodes will air every Tuesday at the same time. Viewers who wish to tune in without cable can do so using streaming services such as Sling TV, fuboTV, Hulu With Live TV, AT&T TV, or YouTube TV.
