'America's Got Talent' season 14 finale: Kodi Lee, V. Unbeatable, and Tyler Butler-Figueroa have the highest chances of winning the title

Here is a rundown of who we think are frontrunners after Tuesday night's performance and have a high chance of being crowned the winner.
UPDATED SEP 20, 2019

After 16 weeks of competition that includes auditions, judge cuts, quarterfinals, and semi-finals, 'America's Got Talent' season 16 is just one night away from crowning its season's champion, who will not only get to be the headline act in Las Vegas but also win a sum of $1 million.

'America's Got Talent' season 16 returned on Tuesday night for day 1 of its grand finale and we saw the Top 10 finalists perform one last time on stage, vying for America's votes to win the title. And this time, we agree with Simon Cowell when he said, this was the best finale the series has ever had, and that every single act that performed in the finale has the ability to win the title this season.

The competition this year, is tough and its anyone's game since every act is unique on its own. Performing in the finale, were six Golden Buzzer winners that include Kodi Lee, Tyler Butler-Figueroa, V. Unbeatable, Emanne Beasha, Detroit Youth Choir, Light Balance Kids, Ndlovu Youth Choir, Benicio Bryant; Voices of Service and Ryan Niemiller.

Though every act was unique in their own way, here's who we think are frontrunners after Tuesday night's performance and have a high chance of being crowned the winner.

Kodi Lee

Kodi Lee is a 22-year-old autistic and blind pianist and singer. He won hearts right from his audition performance and has continued to do so ever since. He was the first contestant to win a Golden Buzzer this season. He won Gabrielle Union's Golden Buzzer. Performing on stage for one last time vying for America's vote he brought out his most emotional performance yet by performing a breathtaking rendition of "Lost Without You" by Freya Ridings. There was not a single dry eye in the room. After his performance, Union said, "The whole world would be lost if we didn't have Kodi Lee." And we couldn't agree more. Howie Mandel also predicted that he has the highest chances of walking away with the winning title. "I think Season 14 is the season of Kodi Lee and if I had to predict…you are going to walk away with a $1 million," Mandel said.

V.Unbeatable

V. Unbeatable is the second act that has a high chance of walking away as the season winners. They took their performance to new heights, and we literally mean heights as the acrobatic dance group hailing from Mumbai, India, kicked off the finale with a breath-stopping performance. They dedicated their final act to a former group member who lost his life, - Vikas. They began their performance by throwing one of their group members from the balcony in the Dolby Theatre. They proceeded to keep flying and throwing each other from greater heights built by blocks. With literal sky-high tosses and a dumbfounding choreography, the set the stage on fire. After their performance, Simon said, "Rarely do we see an act in the first audition do something as good in the finals. That would have been a Golden Buzzer."

Tyler Butler-Figueroa

For many who know, Tyler Butler-Figueroa is an 11-year-old cancer survivor.  After being diagnosed with leukemia at the age of 4 and being bullied about it, Tyler started to play the violin. He won Julianne Hough's Golden Buzzer this season. Performing a breathtaking rendition of 'Survivor' by Destiny's Child, Tyler along with his violin blew the roof off on Tuesday night. It was a power-packed performance and he surely did save the best for last. After his performance, Simon said, "I am bursting with pride for you. That film just says way more than I could ever say on the impact that you've had. Beyoncé personally cleared that song for you to sing... Tyler, you got a shot here."
