LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'American Idol' Season 21 viewers were treated to string performances for two nights at Aulani Disney Resort & Spa in Hawaii. 'American Idol' alums Allen Stone and Noah Cyrus mentored the contestants who compete to grab a place in the Top 20.

However, the new episode gets more intense as the contestants wait for the judges Katy Perry, Luke Bryan and Lionel Richie to reveal the Top 20 results. In addition to this, 'American Idol' alums Noah Thompson and HunterGirl are all set to rock the stage with their stunning performances. However, the social media users don't seem very excited to see Noah with HunterGirl as the guest performer as they demand to bring Leah Marlene.

'American Idol' alums Noah Thompson and HunterGirl roped in as guest performers

'American Idol' Season 20 winner Noah and runner-up HunterGirl are all set to return to the ABC network show. The duo will deliver stirring performances. Noah and HunterGirl announced their return as the guest performer in a video. Noah and HunterGirl began the video with their quick introduction. Noah then said, "We are so excited to be back on the American Idol stage to perform for you guys." HunterGirl and Noah take the stage and perform ahead of the Top 20 reveal on April 23, 2023. Smokey Robinson will also join the 'American Idol' Season 21 stage as the guest performer.

'Why do they always have her with him?'

While viewers are excited to see who all go through the 'Top 20', some social media users aren't excited about HunterGirl and Noah's performances. One 'American Idol' fan commented, "Just gunna have to mute it when she comes on. My least fav content." Another user simply said, "Leah Marlene >." "He was the winner, leave her out!" noted another person.

Another person wrote, "Why do they always have her with him, he’s the winner!!" Another Instagram user wrote, "Would prefer real talent like Leah Marlene!!!!!!" One comment read, "They were already on this season... how about having Leah Marlene back for a show??" Another viewer added, "What have these 2 done lately? Leah Marlene has been on the road performing all year!!!!!!!"

Where is Leah Marlene now?

'American idol' viewers think Marlene is far greater than HunterGirl and they also want the ABC Network to bring her as the guest performer. However, some of the fans must be wondering what Marlene is doing now. Marlene made it as a finalist in the top three of Season 20, competing with HunterGirl and Noah. However, she was eliminated in the top three after receiving fewer fan votes than her competitors. Despite being eliminated, Marlene has established her name in the music industry and has actively been sharing her singing videos on her social media.

Soon after her appearance on the show, Marlene released an album titled 'Many Colors' and her latest single called 'Flowers'. Marlene has performed live in several cities and is set to tour through North America.
