Why is 'A Million Little Things' not airing today? Here's when Season 3 Episode 5 of the ABC show will return?

'A Million Little Things' Season 3 Episode 6 Spoilers:

Titled 'Miles Apart', the official synopsis of the episode reveals "Maggie is forced to face the harsh reality that cancer still controls her life; Gary must choose between supporting a friend in need and building his relationship with Darcy; Rome helps Regina at Someday during the COVID-19 transition."

Maggie of course is braving the reality of being stuck with her ex, while pregnant with her friends-with-benefits, Jaime. To make being stuck on the other side of the pond more awkward, her ex Gary's new partner Darcy is suspicious of this new living arrangement for obvious reasons. Rome on the other hand is struggling to be helpful to Regina; the missed deliveries on his restaurant stint isn't making anything better. Things aren't getting any better for Eddie either, whose recent relapse after a decade of sobriety brought out a fierce admission of pain to Katherine.

Elsewhere there are people dying, but the ABC show's loyal fanbase is also fiercy critical of having the pandemic plot incorporated in such cliches. The show will have to tread carefully with what curveballs it throws their way next.
