'90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?' Season 7: Bilal slammed for not standing up for wife in front of his ex
KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI: Bilal Hazziez of '90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?' is caught between a rock and a hard place. Bilal's ex-wife Shahidah gets into an argument with his wife Shaeeda Sween in the second episode of Season 7, which aired on September 4, as Bilal seeks to settle "bad blood" between the two.
When Bilal's ex-wife Shahidah joins the pair for coffee, things quickly get heated. Shaeeda claims that Shahidah was enraged when she arrived at her house to discuss the pre-nuptial agreement. "Shahidah wants to sit here and be a victim. She wants to get away with her bad behavior as usual, and I am not going to put it to rest. Acknowledge that you hurt my feelings, apologize and move on," in a confessional, Shaeeda states. "You're not gonna play me out to be a liar when I am not lying."

While attempting to regulate the conversation between his ex and his wife, Bilal says, "I think as people, sometimes we may do things, we may say things, that another person may take it another different way."
Shaeeda informs Shahida at the meeting, explaining more about why she was disturbed by their recent interaction, "I mean, it's like you came ranting and raving. I was just, like, stunned in the kitchen. Like, I don't want her coming back, I was like ready to ban you from my home. It's like, she can't come back here and behave like that."
"Ban me from your home?" Shahida inquires, and Shaeeda responds, "That's to tell you how hurt and upset I was."
Bilal looks to be fed up with the chat, revealing in a confessional, "This conversation is no longer a conversation, it's just an argument. Honestly, I'm not saying much because I'm trying to stay neutral. I wanna get along with my ex-wife. You know, we have children and we wanna make sure all that is peaceful," he went on. "But also, I wanna support my wife — you know, the person that I sleep in the bed with every night."
In an attempt to advance the conversation, Bilal tells both of them, "You guys are mature adults, and there shouldn't be any bad blood between either of y'all." Shaeeda eventually says she wants to find a solution to their continuous problems and finally get along with Shahida. "I don't want it to be bad blood between us. I was looking to get to know you, have a good relationship with you. I was actually hoping for us to be cordial with each other," she says to Shahida, adding that it would be "for the sake of the kids."
"But I just want you to acknowledge the fact that when you came inside my home, you came at rage, you were not cordial, you were not polite. That's all I want [is] to acknowledge it," she went on. Shahida, on the other hand, dismisses Shaeeda's allegations about her behavior and refuses to apologize. "That's not true, I am not gonna apologize for something I didn't do," she adds. Shaeeda responds, saying, "Then why did you come here?" her reaction swiftly develops into a fight between the women.
"I came here to actually clear the air, but I am not apologizing," Shahidah says before Shaeeda abandons the reconciliation attempt, declaring, "I am done, I am literally done." In a final heated exchange, Shahidah tells her ex, "Bilal, you better get her because you know this will get real left, real quick!"
Bilal is sitting there saying virtually nothing, and Shahidah tells him he needs to keep things under control before it gets out of hand. He begins to recite a chant with the caption, “I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Satan."
"No, you better get her," Shaeeda responds. "She's saying she's the only one who has emotion? That went very nasty." Shahidah then in rage stands up from the table and says, "Real quick!"
Shahidah removes her microphone pack and walks away. Bilal is dumbfounded in the car and says nothing to Shaeeda. Later in an interview, he acknowledges, “I am so angry right now.”
Seeing Bilal not standing up for his wife, a fan accused him of being involved with his ex as well: "#90DayFianceHappilyEverAfter Bilal....admit you are banging both of them, this is your third marriage, and you had a vasectomy." Calling out Shahidah, a fan wrote: "Shaeeda did a great job standing up to Bilal’s ex wife who claimed not to be a bully while threatening to beat the shit out of Shaeeda in the same breath. Everything Shaeeda said about her was completely spot-on. #90DayFianceHappilyEverAfter #90DayFiance." Further calling out Bilal, a fan tweeted: "Bilal, if you were even remotely a decent man, you would have immediately told your EX to shut it and would have apologized to your WIFE for her rude behavior. He's a narcissistic, controlling POS. Leave him, Shaeeda. Now. #90DayFianceHappilyEverAfter." Another fan wrote: "This is all Bilal’s fault he shouldn’t have involved his ex wife on matters on his new wife. Just bs tbh #90DayFiance #90DayFianceHappilyEverAfter."
