'90 Day Fiance' Season 9: Fans call out Bilal's ex for 'bullying' Shaeeda over prenup agreement

With Shahidah bringing up the prenup, Shaeeda felt as though she was being treated like a 'a little girl Bilal picked up from the roadside'

Financial woes aren't a new topic when it comes to the couples on '90 Day Fiance'. Getting married in 90 days often means that there is a lot of pressure on the person that is the American citizen, seeing that a lot of the financial burden falls directly on them, as their partner cannot work until they get their green card.

For Shaeeda, her time in the USA has not been easy. Bilal and she are not on the same page and talk about signing a prenup and having kids seems to have caused them to drift even further apart. Despite being an established woman with a career back home, everyone around Bilal seems to think that she is after his money. And it looks like this sentiment extends to Bilal's ex wife, Shahidah as well.

As the two women sat down to discuss Shaeeda's role in Shahidah and Bilal's children's life, the conversation took a sour turn. Shahidah was quick to talk about the prenup, under the guise of protecting 'generational wealth' for her children. Shaeeda was clearly taken aback by the conversation and while she did understand that having a relationship with Shahidah was important, she was not a fan of how strong Shahidah was coming on. In her confessionals, she even noted that she was "not a little girl Bilal picked up from the roadside" and that she had a whole life and career before Bilal, something that the people around her failed to understand. Fans came to her defence in an instant. 

"I could cry Shaeeda. These people treat her like shit. This is f*cking outrageous. Bilal is a piece of shit and the ex...oh please b*tch. If you were all that you still woulda been with him. God I feel for this woman. Please girl...RUN!!#90DayFiance" tweeted a fan. "They really need to stop trying to bully Shaeeda into signing this prenup. And they need to stop assuming that Shaeeda had no life before Bilal #90DayFiance" added another. "they’re treating shaeeda like a money hungry little girl from a poor little village and i don’t like it! it’s condescending vibes at every turn! #90DayFiance" said a fan. "I don't care if its about her kids, Shahida came in rude and disrespectful. She basically said that Shae wasn't there when he was building his money, so she should have no access. #90DayFiance" said another. "What does Bilal have? A raggedy grill, a bully for a baby momma & the house he grew up in that he won’t fix up. The women in his life need to mind their own business. #90DayFiance" wrote a fan.
