According to a report, his ex-girlfriend claimed that the reality star had choked and hit her. Meanwhile, he was also accused by his ex-wife of reselling opiates as the two engaged in a bitter child custody battle. These instances did not fit well with the fans of the show and they questioned the network for overlooking his background.
While others wondered if the network was too desperate to have a person on the show who would make headlines for the wrong reasons. Apart from this, people were also concerned about the news of his child's death. During the show, Geoffrey said he had lost one of his children due to seizure but he did not give out many details regarding the incident.
Some of the viewers were concerned if he had any involvement in his child's death. "I believe it said his son died from complications from a seizure. Seizures can be caused by child abuse... definitely gave me a bad feeling the two could be linked. This scumbag needs to be off the show before I watch anymore!!" a user wrote in the Reddit thread.
"When he was telling the story of how his son passed away, it just didn’t sit right with me... information was missing," another wrote.
All these instances had people feeling uncomfortable and now they want Geoffrey out of the show. While there have been various reports about the crimes that Geoffrey has committed, TLC, which airs the show, has not said anything regarding the issue.
