1. ‘The Plank Challenge'

It might take you a few tries to get all the steps down and completely synchronized, but the end result is worth the try. 2. ‘One hand two hand challenge’
The #OneHandTwoHandChallenge is another fun plank dance you can definitely try along with your friends at home. You just need to follow along with the instructions that involve moving both your legs and arms. There's also a standing dance version related to this challenge.

3. ‘The Dragon Flag Challenge’
