Fun while you get in shape? TikTok has it all! A good home fitness or workout challenge gives you the chance to set new goals. TikTok has become home to several fitness coaches and influencers, who keep on sharing new workout-related trends.

This means you can view a larger community at home on your phone than in any physical gym with these amazing workout practices.  

From challenging exercises you can do anywhere to impressive duet routines, we've got you covered. While most of the challenges come in around the one-minute mark or only feature one or two moves, they are interesting anyway! Let’s look at some of them.

1. ‘The Plank Challenge'

The PlankChallenge is a super exciting workout to try with your partner or bestie. It might take you a few tries to get all the steps down and completely synchronized, but the end result is worth the try. A user posted a video on Twitter saying, "This weeks PE challenge to staff and pupils.......make your very own TikTok of the plank workout and send it in to Mr Walker."



 

2. ‘One hand two hand challenge’

 The #OneHandTwoHandChallenge is another fun plank dance you can definitely try along with your friends at home. You just need to follow along with the instructions that involve moving both your legs and arms. There's also a standing dance version related to this challenge.



 

3. ‘The Dragon Flag Challenge’

 The #DragonFlagChallenge looks really cool when you finally complete it. If you're unfamiliar with the dragon flag, it is a core exercise where you lift up the bottom half of your body in the air. This, eventually,  means you'll also need to find some support for your arms if you're doing this at home.



 

4. ‘Cupid Shuffle Plank’

The "Cupid Shuffle" is a go-to line dance for birthday parties and weddings alike, but now, it's also a great plank workout you can try at home. All you need to do is follow the instructions in the song, but this time, while you're holding a plank position.

A user wrote on Twitter, "My Cupid shuffle plank/abs video accidentally blew up on TikTok."



 

5. ‘Bicycle challenge’

Let any interesting sound or sound you love pull you through this routine. This challenge has a big focus on bicycle crunches, which work your abs from all angles. It’s also an abs exercise you can easily modify to make it harder or easier, depending on your fitness level, by changing the number of repetitions you do and how high you hold your legs off the ground.
