A bearded woman, who claims that common hair removal techniques failed to remove hair off her chin, has owned her facial feature and even has an OnlyFans account to flaunt her bearded face. As of now, American social media celebrity PeekabooPumpkin has 51,000 TikTok followers and 474,000 likes on her motivational videos. She recently recorded herself getting ready to shave her beard in a video that has garnered more than 22,000 views, but she never actually went through with it.

She has, however, received hundreds of messages from trolls advising that she get laser hair removal after getting famous online, as per Daily Star. One user wrote, "Can't you have laser hair removal?" To which, she replied, "I've had laser. It doesn’t work." Another said, "As someone with PCOS, I pluck every single hair I find. hurts like a b*tch but worth it." But she replied, "Yeah. My husband used to do it for me daily. Never ended."

The 36-year-old has polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), which affects around 1 in 10 women and is the most common cause of female infertility. PCOS is a condition that affects women and is brought on by elevated testosterone levels. Among other symptoms, PCOS can result in weight gain, excessive hair growth, and acne. As the situation differs from person to person, not all women will suffer the same symptoms or to the same degree.

In a TikTok video, PeekabooPumpkin commented with regards to her struggle with accepting herself. “It actually took me a lot of hard work to get to this point to be accepting of my beard and I’m in a much happier place now. It was a lot of hard work,” she said.

She currently manages her OnlyFans page where she identifies as a "hairy bearded BBW" and a "real bearded freak." On the subscription service, she charges $12 per month for adult content. The social media celebrity has previously claimed that because she works in a "extremely professional corporate" setting, her employer has never had an issue with her beard. “People are always respectful, even when I went for my interviews several years ago, nobody ever mentioned my facial hair and respect has never been an issue,” she stated.
