LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'Mask Off' rapper Future is often considered one of the most influential rappers of his generation owing to his contributions to modern trap music through the pioneering use of auto-tune in melody. The 38-year-old has seen a string of successful projects as a rapper, singer, songwriter and a record producer, with his fanbase stretching across the globe.

This acclaim has translated into his personal wealth too, and the 'High Off Life' rapper has an estimated net worth of $40 million as per an article by Celebrity Net Worth. Between 2017 and 2018, he earned $30 million through touring, endorsements, royalties and more, ranking him among the top 10 highest paid rappers on the planet. Recently, the rapper purchased a mansion spanning 8,897 square feet on Allison Island in Miami Beach for $16.3 million. Born Nayvadius DeMun Wilburn, he adopted the stage name 'Future' upon joining 'The Dungeon Family,' a musical collective, when his cousin, Rico Wade, pushed him to make a career in music. Over the years, Future made his way up and eventually signed a contract with Epic Studios. Thereafter, he released his most successful mixtape 'Streetz Calling.' In 2012, he released his first album 'Pluto' that featured four successful singles. Among these, 'Turn on the Lights' went on to rank second on the US hip hop and R&B charts. Since then, the 38-year-old has released several other albums including 'Honest', 'DS2', 'Evol', 'FUTURE' and 'HNDRXX.'

In collaboration with late rapper Juice Wrld, Future released a mixtape titled 'Wrld on Drugs' in 2018 that debuted at number two on the US charts, only behind Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga's soundtrack for 'A Star Is Born.' The mumble-rapper went on to win his first Grammy Award in 2019 for Best Rap Performance for his collaboration on 'King's Dead,' the soundtrack for 'Black Panther.'  During his career, he has gone on two tours across North America, the first with Drake and the other with Meek Mill. Between September 2018 and 2019, he earned $20 million, bringing his earnings since 2017 up to $73 million.

His love life is rather complicated. The 38-year-old has six children with six different women, with two other women filing paternity suits. Among these, one of the lawsuits was dropped, while the other, by Eliza Seraphin, is moving forward. Her lawsuit claims Future promised to take care of their child financially.
