LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA:  One of the episodes of HGTV's 'Rock the Block' sparked a controversy involving Leslie Davis from 'Unsellable Houses' and Kristina Crestin from 'Farmhouse Fixer: Camp Revamp'. The feud unfolded during the judging of a main suite challenge on the popular home renovation competition show.

Kristina Crestin, known for her design expertise alongside Jonathan Knight on 'Farmhouse Fixer: Camp Revamp', served as the guest judge for the episode. She was tasked with evaluating the main suites designed by the competing teams, including Leslie Davis and her twin sister Lyndsay Lamb.

After Crestin announced Page Turner and Mitch Glew as the winners, leaving Davis and Lamb without a win, Davis expressed her frustration in a post-challenge interview. “I disagree with everything she said, and she needs to go back to Massachusetts — on the farm,” Davis commented, prompting a shocked reaction from her sister.

The comment didn’t go unnoticed by viewers, many of whom took to social media to express their opinions. Crestin responded with humor, posting a video on her Instagram Stories to clarify she doesn’t live on a farm but on a lakeshore. “Just one thing only. I don’t live on a farm. In fact, I live on a lake. And I don’t have any animals besides a dog and I don’t grow anything,” Crestin said with a laugh.

Acknowledging the backlash, Leslie Davis issued a lengthy and heartfelt apology in her Instagram Stories. “If you caught ‘Rock the Block’ last night, I made a comment at the end that was uncalled for and rude. Not at all how I meant it, I was trying to be sarcastic and funny,” she explained. “I’m not even sure when I said it, honestly, I don’t even remember it. It was a long week, very exhausting and the main suite is very tough. But that doesn’t matter. It was uncalled for and, you know, sarcasm can be very hurtful.”

Davis praised Crestin’s talent and emphasized the difficulty of her judging role. “I would never want to hurt somebody, especially somebody like Kristina, who is so kind and thoughtful and methodical in her words and decisions of how she judges and how she looks at spaces,” Davis said. “I am so impressed by her and from the bottom of my heart, I’m sorry.”

To further address the situation, Davis and Lamb shared a photo on Instagram with Crestin, urging fans to be kind on social media. “We know that if there is one thing harder than competing on Rock the Block, it’s being a judge on Rock the Block,” they wrote. “Just a reminder, please be kind to people on social media—the judges, the other competitors, and other fans.”
