'He was shocked': Wenees slam fan for disrespecting Wonho by throwing underwear on stage during concert
SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA: Fans know that Wonho is currently living his life as a solo artist with seemingly fewer boundaries than when he was a part of Monsta X. However, fans claim that some of his fans are going overboard by sexualizing Wonho to an extent of horrifying him on stage. When it comes to the difference between K-pop and international pop, one major difference between the two genres of music is how artists interact with fans. The biggest aspect of being a K-pop idol is to have a healthy loving relationship with their fans which is all within the lines of fandom culture but it seems like as K-pop has gone global, the lines seem to be blurring.
While it is common for International bands or singers to be gifted with female fans' bras and underwear during concerts or to be asked to autograph their breasts, things like these are non-tolerable to K-pop idols who have to live a controversy-free life in order to work in the industry. When Wonho performed on stage for the final day of his 2022 'Facade' Europe Tour, the London show saw such an alarming event on stage that left the singer horrified and Wenees (fans of Wonho) in fury.

Wonho accidentally picks up a fan's panty on stage in London
Wonho hosted his 2022 Facade concert in London on Sunday, September 4, which was the last day of his Europe tour. The entire Facade tour was full of amazing moments where on one hand fans were in shock by Wonho's bold fashion statement pants and started swooning after the singer lashed out at the Madrid concert security for not taking care of his fans. But now, a clip from the London concert is concerning fans.
At the show, Wonho was seen looking at something a fan threw on stage. When he could not see the item properly, he bent forward to lift it only for him to learn that they were a fan's panties. As soon as Wonho realized what had happened, the singer threw the pair of underwear down and fans noticed his horrified reaction. This has fans slamming the person for disrespecting Wonho and sexualizing him in public.

'That's just nasty'
Fans of Wonho are now concerned that the singer is being disrespected by international fans. One fan said, "Tha person who threw an underwear on the stage definitely doesnt know wonho at all. Do u think he's that idol who will twirl it around on stage & laugh? He was shocked when he touched it. I hope that person is embarassed. Don't freely throw underwear to any idols & assume it's ok." Another fan said, "Not people thinking the panty situation was funny and that people shouldn’t be mad because “he’s a grown ass man”is just so wrong considering he was obviously uncomfortable with the situation." One more fan said, "I know i didnt just see a tiktok finding the wonho panty situation in london funny." One fan said, "Nah why u handing wonho ur underwear? haven’t we already discussed not throwing ur panties on stage this past summer???"
Another fan said, "Wonho being HORRIFIED by someone’s underwear save him please." Another fan said, "That has me upset, cause that's just nasty!" One fan said, "No, this was the worst moment of the concert. he and his dancers looked so disgusted for the longest time and he kept looking back at it." Another fan said, "There are artists you can do this with (with, not to) and others that you can’t. Know the difference!" One fan said, "This was so embarrassing to see... also, whether he was fine with the "take it off" chants or not, yall that were screaming it when he was trying to simply talk need a reality check." One more fan said, "Yo this is horrible.. it was his anniversary as a solo artist why couldn’t y’all just be happy for him that’s so messed up poor dude."
