'Dark Matter' Finale: Fans come up with the perfect ending to Jason Dessen's adventures

CHICAGO, ILLINOIS: Blake Crouch's 'Dark Matter' that hooked the audiences for over a month with its mind-bending sci-fi plot is heading to a conclusion next week.
'Dark Matter' Episode 9 will conclude Jason Dessen's (Joel Edgerton) multiverse adventures with epic confrontations and hard choices.
The events unfolded in Episode 8 have persuaded fans to speculate the multiple ways how the series could end.
The 'box' could be Jason and Daniela Dessen's ultimate savior in 'Dark Matter'
One of the several floating theories that actually makes sense is that the OG Jason would escape this reality with Daniela (Jennifer Connelly) and Charlie (Oakes Fegley).
Reality 1 is currently bombarded with multiple versions of Jason. The OG Jason could have fought and defeated Jason 2 but with the arrival of many rivalries, the confrontation with each one of them isn't a feasible option.
The new Jasons have been equally wronged by Jason 2 as the OG Jason and they don't deserve to be killed. Moreover, they are also determined to get Daniela, which leaves Jason 1 with no choice but to escape all this chaos once and for all.
Being an ardent audience of the show, we, along with several other fans believe that Jason 1 will take Daniela and Charlie to the box and will travel to another reality.
Though Jason 1 had emptied all his ampoules, he could use the ones that Daniela found in the storage facility.
A fan took to Reddit and wrote, "I'm assuming at this point our Jason and Daniella are going to use that capsule to go to a completely different world."
Another fan explained, "This world is f-cked now, lol. Infinite possibilities means an infinite number of times that Jason1 didn't make it back to the original universe, and an infinite number of times where he did. Therefore, there will be a neverending tide of Jasons that were also kidnapped by Jason2 and also want to return home to their family and life. Jason2 is f-cked. The best chance for Jason1, Daniela, and Charlie to escape is to grab the ampoules from Jason2's storage unit and travel to a world where Jason and Daniela are already dead".
A Reddit user extends on this idea as he says, "Presuming that Prime Jason (“Jupiter Jason”?) escapes this world with his family, many Jasons will be left behind. Local police soon call the FBI who then start hunting Jasons down and the National Guard collects them into camps. Some of them confess the whole story."
"So obviously Jason and Danielle (let's call them "1a" which is a huge assumption) need to find a suitable world with the little shots they can find and before a random Jason stops them from going inside the box. They would need to coexist at least with the native Jason and Danielle in that world they choose (unless of course they find one where they're already dead, but I'm not sure it would be a safe world for them either). If they're very special they'll be the first couple to get there and they would have to find a way to close the box," reads another comment.
Will Jason Dessen have a happy ending in 'Dark Matter'?
If Jason and his family actually escape through the box, they would have to find a reality that isn't only habitable but also where they could have a fresh start.
They might face the problem of existing Dessen family until they imagine a world where they are dead.
It's also possible that other versions of Jason would follow them to the box. And since all the new versions think alike, they could easily track down the OG Jason and his family.
To avoid this, Jason would have to ask Daniela to imagine a reality for them. Only then, they could be safe from the danger.
How does Jason Dessen's adventures end in Blake Crouch's novel?
Fans have correctly guessed the how Jason's story would end. In Blake Crouch's novel, Jason 1 convinces Daniela and Charlie that he is the real Jason and takes them into hiding.
However, Jason 2 tracks them down leading to a violent altercation. In an attempt to kill Jason 1, Jason 2 gets heavily wounded.
Since he can't kill every version of himself, he decided to flee with his family to an alternate reality to starts a new life away from the multiverse chaos.
