This came after supporters of Heard blasted Spears for quoting Depp, whom they called an "abuser" and "wife beater" despite his courtroom vindication in June. Fans of Spears, however, rushed to her defense saying she could post what she wants.
"These are the same people who want you to believe Amber is a victim. Bullying #BritneySpears cause she posted a quote of a male Dv Victim. Vile & disgusting. She can support Johnny Depp if she wants to! #AmberHeardIsAPsychopath #AmberHeardlsALiar," one wrote.
"It's all supporting women until it comes to Britney Spears posting something related to Johnny Depp. Y’all just a bunch of hypocrites," another chimed in.
"If u cared about Britney Spears and the abuse SHE suffered, u would not be bullying her into deleting her post and I don’t f*****g care if u disagree with her quoting Johnny Depp, I don’t care if u hate him because this is about HER. Leave her alone & let her do what she wants," someone else added.
"Once again, #AmberHeard's stans proved themselves to be nothing more than bullies and abusers just like their "queen". Right now, they're harassing #BritneySpears, a victim of abuse, for daring to share #JohnnyDepp's quote," another commented.

MEAWW previously reported how Britney is all set to release new music after a gap of nearly six years and is reportedly recording a new version of the 1971 hit ‘Tiny Dancer’ with Elton John at a Beverly Hills recording studio. The song was made popular again after it was featured in the 2000 Cameron Crowe movie ‘Almost Famous’. According to Variety, the track is scheduled to be released by Universal Music in August. Grammy-winner Andrew Watt, who has collaborated with artists such as Miley Cyrus, Justin Bieber, Pearl Jam, and Ozzy Osbourne, is reported to be the producer-in-charge. The collaboration would mark Britney’s return to music for the first time after her conservatorship ended in November 2021.

MEAWW also reported how actor-musician Depp broke his years-long silence in his latest album with Jeff Beck after winning his sensational defamation trial against Heard.
“I think you’ve said enough for one mo********ing night,” the 'Pirates of the Caribbean' star sang on the record he made with the legendary British guitarist, which was released July 15.
Depp wrote two songs for the album titled '18' with the former Yardbirds guitarist Beck. The tracks appeared to channel what the embattled actor went through during the weeks-long courtroom battle that exposed disturbing details of his troubled marriage with his ex to the world.
