It's a new season, it's a new city, it's a new... Will?

Netflix finally dropped all episodes of the much-awaited second season of 'You' starring Penn Badgley as Joe Goldberg, only this time around, he's going by the name of Will Bettelheim. Why? Because Candace is not dead like Joe's memories led us to believe -- or rather, Joe's crimes are finally catching up to him.

Candace stumbled upon Beck's book and on reading it, she realized that Joe "did it again" -- and Candance wants her vengeance. So now, Joe has packed up his bags and moved to Los Angeles, a city he absolutely loathes. He has even got a new identity. He finds a place to stay, he finds a place to work -- which is luckily enough a bookstore.

But -- in addition to the name --, this is a new Joe. He is truly trying to change as Beck's death is still on his mind and he is just trying to live his life -- as much as Joe can. We are also introduced to a slew of new characters (who may or may not be alive by the end of the season). This includes siblings Love and Forty Quinn, his neighbor Delilah and her sister, Ellie, and his manager at the grocery store, Calvin.

For the most part, we are led to believe that Joe is repenting, but still, we watch with a sense of disbelief. This is Joe, after all. We also see Love getting along quite well with him as she takes him on a taco tour of Los Angeles and ends the night by making his version of a perfect meal based on her analysis of what he likes.

Joe may not like Los Angeles, but Los Angeles is happy to welcome him. He may finally turn a new leaf here. Even then, there seem to be too many coincidences. But towards the end of the episode, we see that Will is the same old Joe.

The first times he saw Love, Forty, and Calvin were, in fact, before he met them at the grocery store when he went to apply for a job. The house he chose to stay in is in the same neighborhood as Love's, and he strategically chose it so that he can spy on her at home through a telescope. But that's not all.

We even realize that his fake profile of Will Bettelheim is an identity stolen from a real person -- and the real Will is around too. In fact, Joe did not leave everything behind in New York. He brought with him his trusty book dungeon which is now in a storage locker -- where the real Will is being held prisoner.

But the real Will has skeletons in his closet too as a man comes looking for him, leading Joe to realize that he needs to keep alert about whoever may be around him. So yes, we can rest easy that stalker Joe is still around and what he will be up to, we can only guess.

All episodes of Season 2 of 'You' are now streaming on Netflix.
