'You may not kiss the groom': Bride walks in on husband-to-be being breastfed by his mother in the toilet
LOS ANGELS, CALIFRONIA: This "sticky situation" really could be the mother off all such situations. A bride almost called-off her wedding when she discovered her husband-to-be's mother breastfeeding him, a wedding makeup artist has claimed. The host of the 'The Unfiltered Bride' podcast, licensed UK wedding planner Georgie Mitchell, spoke about how a former coworker first told her the story in the most recent episode.
Using the fictitious name "Jenny," Mitchell described how the makeup artist had just finished the bride's face and hair when she announced that she had to use the restroom. In the podcast, Mitchell said, "What [the bride] saw when she walked into the restroom is enough to end a wedding."

'His mum was breastfeeding him'
Mitchell's co-host, Beth, who owns Etiquette Events Styling, initially believed the groom was having an extramarital affair and was cheating on his bride. Beth asked if he had been using drugs prior to the ceremony. Mitchell replied that it was "much worse." "His mum was breastfeeding him," she said.
Beth retorted, "Sorry, WHAT? Sorry, WHAT? Why would you marry a man [who still breastfeeds]?" However, Mitchell quickly added, "I don't think she knew that was what was happening!" Overcome by mirth, Beth exclaims, "Why was his mum producing milk?"
Mitchell said that despite the mortifying situation, the wedding happened as planned. She continued, "She's obviously been doing it continuously to get to that point. Everyone is waiting in the room. Everybody is in the room waiting! But you definitely wouldn't kiss the groom..."
On their podcast's TikTok account last week, Mitchell and Beth posted a video of themselves discussing the wedding horror story. Since then, the video has received over 730,000 views. in January, Mitchell disproved a contentious list of wedding trends for 2023, which included everything, from having no bridesmaids to walking down the aisle alone, per the Daily Mail.
