‘Y’all picked Haven?': 'American Idol' fans ask judges to save Nailyah as she enters 'danger zone'
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'American Idol' Season 21 viewers cast their votes for the 'Top 12' contestants to advance their favorite singers to 'Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Night'. The aspiring singers were cut down from the Top 20 to the Top 12 to view to become the next singing sensations. But the contestants with the fewer votes still got a chance to make their wild card return.
Among the 20 hopefuls, 10 aspiring singers with more votes would be put in 'The Victory Zone' and perform a 'victory' song after being declared safe. Meanwhile, the remaining 10 contestants would be in the 'Danger Zone' and perform for two wildcard spots. Katy Perry, Luke Bryan and Lionel Richie will choose the two contestants for wildcard spots. Nailyah Serenity is among the singers who didn't get desirable votes and was put in the danger zone. However, her fans asked the judges to save her and advance to the next round.

Nailyah delivered a stirring performance on 'Baby Love' by Mother's Finest to earn a spot. The aspiring singer nailed the ballad and received praise from the judges. Luke says, "I can spot a star when I see one." Lionel added, "We are afraid of you!" Katy called her performance 'STANK!' While the judges complimented Nailyah's singing skills and performance, she didn't get enough votes from the viewers to advance to the Top 12. Nailah has been sent to the danger zone. But she still has the chance to make her dreams come true! Nailyah will perform 'Alive by Sia' in an attempt to wow the judges.
'Y'all really put HAVEN through and not Nailyah?'
While Nailyah was in the danger zone, Haven Madison wowed the viewers and advances to the Top 12. The aspiring singer performed her original song called '15' for her victory. However, the social media users think Nailyah deserved to be in the Top 12, not Haven. They even asked the judges to save Nailyah. A viewer tweeted, "THOSE JUDGES BETTER SAVE NAILYAH. Clean the wax from out of those ears!" Another fan said, "Nailyah is a true artist and star. She deserves top 12. America got this wrong." "Y'all really put HAVEN through and not nailyah?" asked another person. Another user wrote, "Voting is insane. Nailyah and Paige in the bottom but Haven and Colin in the top. WILD. #Joke." Another Twitter user added, "I’m gonna need the judges to save Nailyah please and thank you." Another person noted, "Y’all picked Haven over Nailyah?? 😂🤦🏾♀️"
