She received standing applause from the judges, while Luke Bryan exclaims, "Perfect!" She is compared to Nina Simone and Ella Fitzgerald by Lionel Richie.

Nailyah stunned judges with her bold song choice

Nailyah is the only child of a mother who has impacted her in a variety of ways. She drives Nailyah to her interview. She is not only a vocalist but also an astronomer. Judge Katy Perry appeared to be enjoying herself. Katy and Luke Bryan's signs are complementary, according to Nailyah, and they are overjoyed.

It's a daring decision to sing 'My Man' from 'Funny Girl' (Barbra Streisand), given that the program recently did an entire segment mocking show songs and the singers who perform them. Her version, however, is more jazz than Broadway. Her timing is superb, in an old-school jazz sort of manner. At the conclusion, she strikes a clear high note. It was risky, but it paid off.

Lionel Richie described it as "Heavy navigation…totally thoroughly enjoyed it." "You straddled it with your own flair, you gave it a contemporary vibe," Katy adds. "You got it, girl," Luke said, appreciating her strategy. The judges gave three affirmative votes.

'Hope she makes it far'

Seeing her audition, one fan said, "I love Nailyah. She brings a different vibe. I hope she makes it far." One fan described her singing saying, "Nailyah Serenity bringing the sweet bluesy freeform, old school vocal siren. She was telling the story with interesting vocal inflections and dynamic range." Another fan called her Top 3 material as they write, "Nailyah Serenity has got an amazing and soulful singing voice. She definitely deserves to be in the Top 3."
