An Instagram user, whose identity has been kept under the wraps by Redditors, has been the subject of severe backlash for revealing her bizarre habit on Instagram. Recently, the woman took to Instagram to share a piece of shocking information that she secretly puts nicotine patches on her boyfriend while he is asleep.

She reportedly did this to make him 'addicted' to being with her and experience withdrawal symptoms whenever he is not with her. Her post was shared on Reddit and left hundreds of users puzzled and shocked. She was also dubbed 'trashy' by users, according to The Sun.

How did the woman make his boyfriend 'addicted' to her?

On Instagram, the user recently posted a photo along with the caption, "When you put a nicotine patch on him every night when he sleeps w you so he has withdrawals when you’re not together and he becomes addicted to hanging out with you." She further added that he already has a nicotine addiction.

Nicotine patches are generally used by smokers to quit the habit of smoking. However, it seems exceedingly strange and horrific that someone would misuse nicotine patches in such a manner.
