Texas woman slams Secret Service agent for visiting her hours after she posted controversial comment about Trump

A woman reportedly slammed a Secret Service agent after he arrived at her doors, just hours after she made a controversial comment about President Donald Trump on social media, according to reports. A clip of the incident, which occurred in San Antonio, Texas, emerged on social media and shows the agent and a police officer standing outside the woman's door as they attempt to question her about her comments regarding Trump on Facebook.
The woman had reportedly said "can someone shoot the fool between the eyes," referring to the president. The woman, throughout the video, appears to argue about her right to freedom of speech and consistently asks the agent if she has committed a crime. "You're with the secret service you said," she asks the agent.
The two men, who are in plain clothes in the clip, appear to hesitate before nodding in response. At one point, the woman's nephew, who filmed the incident on his cellphone, asks what is happening. The woman replies: "I made comments online so the secret service came to my door with a SAPD that works with them."
The Secret Service agent then attempts to ask for her personal details, saying: "I'm just going to ask you some questions – what's your date of birth?" The woman then goes on to tell the agent it is "none of his concern" and asks him if she is being arrested, the Daily Mail reported. "Is this mandatory? Do I need to speak to you? Am I under arrest and am I being charged with anything?" the woman asks the agent in the video.
The agent and the police officer respond with a no, and the agent says: "I'm here to ask about the statements you made online." The woman then asks him: "What statement?" The agent then opens his file and reads out the comment she posted on her Facebook account: "Can someone shoot the fool between the eyes..."
The woman then appears enraged and interrupts the agent, saying: "So, what you're saying is that I don't have freedom of speech? I can't say what I want to? Is that the concern? Did I commit a crime by expressing what I said?"
I’m going to have to give this allegedly awful online comment lady a “B+” on invoking rights when a Fed knocked on her door. Told him he couldn’t enter, asked if interview mandatory, refused to answer questions, recorded interaction, asked for a lawyer. https://t.co/xA6jlqMiB1— Jennifer Bukowsky (@esqonfire) January 14, 2019
The officer then tells the woman she has not committed a crime and can refuse to be interviewed. At this point the woman says she would not answer any of their questions without the presence of an attorney. She then takes down the agent's number and slams the door shut.
The woman's nephew, who was filming the video, said: "My aunt posted a comment about Donald Trump and a few hours later the secret service came to our home with a local police officer. Before I began recording the agent was trying to intimidate and get in our home without a warrant. After an exchange of words, they left."
