Nasty woman accuses BLIND YouTuber Pete Gustin of STARING at her while working out
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: In a short video posted on YouTube, a blind man revealed a woman yelled at him while he was working out at a gym. She accused him of making her uncomfortable by continuously staring at her, and when informed of his lack of eyesight, she continued screaming at him.
The man, Pete Gustin, is an award-winning voice-over actor, author, and surfer. He also has a sizable social media presence, with over 1.29M subscribers on YouTube. He is known for posting content on how he overcomes the challenges of blindness and lives a life full of adventure.

In his video posted last year on October 21, Pete Gustin recounted the incident that left him bewildered. Captioning the video, "Gym girl freaks out on me #shorts", Gustin begins by saying, "I'm blind". He says that those who understand the meaning of these two words are undoubtedly smarter than the woman he met in the gym.
Narrating the events, he says that he was minding his own business, doing a tricep push-down exercise at the gym when he heard footsteps coming closer. Soon, a woman was right in front of him, screaming, "I didn't come here to be stared at." Gustin was surprised and then realized that while he was staring off into space simply because he cannot see, the woman must have felt that he was ogling her.
He tried to clarify his situation, apologized, and said that he was blind. However, the woman's reaction was bizarre, saying "I don't care, stop staring at me." She then stormed off and soon returned with the manager of the establishment. Gustin similarly explained his disability to the manager, clarifying that as he was blind, he was not staring at anybody. He even showed him an ID card issued by the Massachusetts Commission for the Blind (MCB).
However, the manager responded, "OK but you still can't make other gym members uncomfortable by looking at them." Gustin laughs out in his video at the ridiculousness of it all.
In fact, the entire scenario is bizarrely ridiculous, pointing to the sheer inability of abled people to recognize or understand even a hint of disability in others.
While Gustin is a popular voice actor, his fame certainly did not save him from the screeching woman. According to his website, he has appeared in 2 Super Bowl commercials, been on nearly every popular television network in America, and on hundreds of radio stations in the US and around the world.
