Woman who was caught sleeping with her stepson whom she met when he was seven is now pregnant with his child
A 35-year-old blogger, who faced backlash on social media last month after she posted a photo of her with her lover, who was actually her stepson she started dating after divorcing his dad, recently revealed that she was pregnant with the 20-year-old's child.
Marina Balmasheva, 35, uploaded a video to her Instagram account of the moment she discovered that she was going to give birth to the child of Vladimir "Vova" Shavyrin, who was her student from the age of seven and also her stepson. Marina, who is from the western Russian region of Krasnodar Krai, was earlier married to Vladimir’s father, Alexey, 45. She lived with him for over 13 years before the relationship ended in divorce. Now she is dating his son, who is 15 years younger than her.
In the video, she told her followers that she was "done hiding" her pregnancy from the world, revealing she was four weeks pregnant. “I know the term is short yet, and that the ultrasound with the heart is ahead. But I want you to know it. Everything is possible in this world," she said. The couple is planning to get married next month but “won't have a lavish celebration”.

Alexey already had two sons from his previous marriage when he married Marina — Vladimir and his brother Viktor. As Marina helped raise them both, the couple decided to adopt five more children — all of whom are currently living with their stepfather. Marina gathered quite a social media following — 411,000 followers — by documenting her journey of weight loss as she shed 127 pounds. However, despite her drastic weight loss, she failed to get pregnant with her husband and kept desiring to have her own child.
Marina’s ex-husband came to know about her relationship with his son after hearing them have sex in their family home. “I could not fall asleep one night when I heard them having sex. Then I understood that Marina was cheating on me with my son. In a few minutes, she just came and lay down next to me. I didn’t tell her a word that night,” Alexey said on a Russian talk show 'On Air' in March. He added that his former wife “seduced” his son, as “Vova is not capable of that. He had not had a girlfriend before her. They were not shy to have sex while I was at home. I would have forgiven her cheating if it wasn't my son.”
It was reported that Marina and Vladimir fell in love after he returned home on a break from university when he was 19 and helped his then-stepmother around the house, doing chores, taking care of his siblings, and running errands. Marina denied the claims by Alexey and said she began a relationship with Vladimir only after she split from his father. She also denied having sex in their family home.
In the same program, she said she never loved Alexey and denied they had ever "been close". “All I was interested in the last couple of years was food, I got fat and wanted to die of such a life,” she said.
Last month she was slammed by social media users when she posted a picture of herself with her lover, who in the picture was seven years old. “You never know how life will turn out and when you will meet a person who makes you smile. I know that some will judge us, others will support us, but we are happy and wish you to be as well,” Marina said in the Instagram post.
