A recent 'flash' twerk pool party was held inside an NYC subway train, while travelers tried to keep their cool. The incident occurred during a rush hour trip, when passengers saw the curvy ladies performing lap dances and offering alcohol shots. A few of the chaotic party moments were captured on camera, and some of them have been posted online.

Nearly 500,000 Twitter users have watched the video that was posted by @MikeFromQueens. Viewers can see the unidentified women dancing as passengers gawked in wonder. They wore bikinis, and were even sliding down a Slip 'N Slide that had been set up on the NYC subway train's floor. Throughout the course of the trip, the dancers were twerking in an inflatable pool and slamming their bottoms on the crotches of some of the male spectators, while others looked on shocked at the wild display.

Unsurprisingly, furious Twitter users were astounded by what they saw. An online viewer who was upset tweeted, "The most chaotic train ride ever," while another viewer wrote, "I hope they got tetanus shots after that."

Another user who appears to be a local wrote, "Trying to be surprised but this seems normal," while another local wrote, "So grateful I've only had to take the L train once in my life."

Other online critics described the scenario as "bad and dirty," pointing out that the dancers were in close proximity to one another and had physical contact despite the city's increasing COVID-19 and monkeypox cases.

One viewer wrote, "This video stinks it's literally two diseases going around right now one of which you can die from I'm appalled," another viewer added, "No wonder covid and monkeypox doing numbers out there."

Tim Minton, the Metropolitan Transportation Authority's head of communications, claimed that even the MTA was not amused and said, "This appears to be a Hollywood concoction or a dopey stunt. New Yorkers don't appreciate rides being delayed when trains get taken out of service because selfish grownups came to trend."

Some brave fun-seekers praised the group of dancing divas for creating a sensation on the evening transport. One viewer in support of the underground party gushed, "This the most lit s*** ever," before adding a drooling emoji.

Another viewer who thought this situation was funny, highlighted the 'plight' of the male travelers, writing, "Like imagine homie trying to tell his wife that he wasn't at the strip club at 6pm, the J train had pool party w/ strippers… she gonna look at dude sideways."
