Fan theories for the finale of 'Why Her?'

The final episode of the show is titled, "This is Her" and fans are sure that the K-drama finale will be all about Soo-jae and how she brings down the TK Law Firm owner, Choi Tae-kook, and his 'evil trio' made up of Assemblyman Lee In-soo and Hansu Bio's Director Han Seung-beom. The shocking turn of events from Episode 15 had fans question talking about Soo-jae's rule that she taught the Seojung University students in the initial episodes of the show.

Soo-jae had told the law students that she purposefully loses the first trial to make her enemies think they have cornered her and then overpowers them in the second trial. It seems like that is how it will go down for Soo-jae's Disciplinary Hearing in Episode 15. She was exposed as a law-breaker in this episode only for her to expose the entire scandal involving the 'evil trio', Choi Joo-wan, Lee Si-hyuk and Han Dong-o, in the upcoming finale.

Fans wonder if Baek Jin-ki's daughter, Kang Eun-seo will turn out to be Soo-jae's wild card witness. Since Tae-kook has asked his secretary Ha Il-ku to take the fall for the deaths of Park Soo-young, Hong Seok-pal, Jeon Na-jung as well as the rape of Kang Eun-seo, a lot of attention is being paid to whether or not Il-ku will betray his master.

It is possible that Tae-kook had Il-ku's sick son killed in order to get his focus back on work which has possibly come to the notice of Il-ku and he has finally come to aide Soo-jae. This theory is asserted by fans who saw Il-ku sitting behind Soo-jae's lawyers in the final moments of Episode 15.

Episode 15 also showed how Tae-kook did not completely go through watching the CCTV footage of his office. It is quite possible that his younger son, Choi Yoon-sang may have finally gotten inside Tae-kook's secret office and taken out confidential documents that the law firm owner had kept as blackmail material. From the looks of it, Soo-jae was able to find the photo of Tae-kook and Park So-young with the help of Yoon-sang, the photo that served as a 'turn-the-table' moment for Episode 15.

With the death of her child being her driving force these years ago, Soo-jae is even more determined to destroy Tae-kook now as she has lost Jae-yi a second time. Fans are hoping that Jae-yi is actually still alive and that Soo-jae is finally reunited with her daughter while getting her happily ever after with Chan.
