SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA: Tricia O'Connor, a 51-year-old art director plunged to her death while watching a Blue Angels airshow in San Francisco, California.

According to the 51-year-old woman's social media profiles, she worked as a Senior Art Director at a business management consultancy named Publicis Sapient.

How did Tricia O'Connor fall from the building?

According to the city's Medical Examiner, the woman who fell to her death from the roof of the building was identified as Patricia Hamon, reports Daily Mail.

On Saturday, October 7, officers received a call from Van Ness Avenue between Chestnut and Francisco streets in the Russian Hill area. Responders discovered her after the fall.

According to the San Francisco Standard, Hamon was known to her friends as Tricia O'Connor. She tripped and plunged to her death while she was at a Fleet Week party and Blue Angels airshow watch party.



 

O'Connor was pronounced dead at the scene after she fell from one of the buildings of a residential block and none of the structures are more than five stories tall.

A friend of O'Connor took to social media to mourn her loss saying, "Trishie was a bright light in our community, her passing is an unspeakable loss for all of us. Please seek support from one another as we grieve together."

O'Connor's ex-husband Clark Hamon took to Facebook to remember her as he wrote, "Love you always sweet Trishie. I'm sure you are smiling and dancing amongst the clouds. The world is missing some sunshine today...until the end of time."

O'Connor's family friend Alix Rosenthal wrote in a Facebook post, "On behalf of the family and friends of Tricia O'Connor, I am sad to announce that Tricia suffered a fatal accident at a Blue Angels party on Saturday."

"We are still working on plans for a memorial, and will announce details as soon as we have them," the post added.

Her close friends paid tributes on social media as they described her as a "bright light."

"Tricia's passing reminds us of life's unpredictability and the importance of cherishing each precious moment with our loved ones," read one of O'Connor's friend's post.

"Let us honor her memory by holding our dear ones a little closer, expressing our love more often, and being present in every interaction," the post read.

"Tricia's unconditional presence and legacy of love, acceptance, and the joy she brought to our lives will forever guide us," it added.

"A bright light has gone out and the world is a little bit dimmer with her passing. RIP Tricia O'Connor we will miss you," the post concluded.
