LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: The attractive equestrian who allegedly placed a $2 million hit on her husband in Del Mar, California, reportedly has a history of failed engagements with rich men and is accused of using child support payments to keep up her luxurious lifestyle.

Tatyana Remley was arrested last month after being accused of hiring a hitman to kill Mark Remley, her second husband. Prior to tying the knot with Mark, the glamorous beauty had at least three failed engagements, per friends and court documents obtained by the New York Post.

The 42-year-old's former pals told the outlet that she also lost the custody of her two children a couple of years ago.

Who was Tatyana Remley's first husband?

Tatyana took the holy vows with Mark in March 2011. Prior to that, she was briefly married to Seattle real estate developer Ken Woolcott, who alleged that his former wife used his credit cards on multiple shopping sprees to purchase clothes, only to return them and pocket the money for herself.

“I know that the Petitioner has additional funds available to her as I have evidence of her converting my funds into her own separate property,” Woolcott, who is 20 years Tatyana's senior, stated in a December 2004 declaration obtained by the Post. “I am unwilling to give her cash as she demonstrated during the marriage her inability to properly manage money and stole monies from me, to which she still has access.”

Tatyana responded to the accusation by saying she was unemployed while the father of her first child was at least worth $40 million at the time.

According to the Post, Woolcott made his money as a pharmaceutical executive before foraying into real estate. He was reportedly also part owner of the Seattle Sonics before the NBA team moved to Oklahoma City.

“By way of background, I am 24 years old,” Tatyana stated in her December 2004 response. “Our son is now 11 months old. I did not finish high school. At the time I met the Respondent, I was financially dependent on my parents. I had worked for a summer at the Wild Animal Park and did some modeling, but did not earn enough to even file a tax return.”

The doomed marriage lasted 11 months, but the duo was embroiled in a nearly decade-long custody battle for their son. They finalized their divorce in April 2006.

Ken Woolcott's declaration

According to Woolcott, there were many times Tatyana would forget to take their son to important medical appointments and remained in denial of their son's special needs.

“[He] very much needs his mom in his life, but what history has taught us is that Tatyana does not appreciate how badly it tears up [the child] when he thinks he is going to see his mom and she, for whatever reason, causes that not to happen,” Woolcott added in an August 2014 affidavit.

Woolcott also claimed Tatyana never had a job while he paid for their son's medical and living costs. Despite an ironclad prenup that precluded Woolcott from paying spousal support, the business mogul said he continued to pay for her rent and other bills until she tied the knot with Mark Remley, who reportedly has five children from a previous marriage.

Court documents obtained by the Post revealed Tatyana also had a daughter with another unidentified man, who was also paying at least $5,000 per month in child support. Meanwhile, Woolcott alleged that his ex-wife splurged most of the $9,000 of monthly child support payments she cumulatively received from both her exes on herself and her horses.

“While I understand that Tatyana recently had a child, many single mothers have to return to work after giving birth so that can provide for their children,” Woolcott noted in a declaration.

“Why is Tatyana an exception to this rule? The answer is that she can live comfortably on the money she received from the fathers of her two children. Living comfortably means that she can rent in Rancho Santa Fe, drive a late model Lexus vehicle, support her Mother, pursue her passion for horses, and support two minor children," he added.

What did friends of Tatyana Remley say?

Tatyana's friends told the Post that her love of horses drew her to the world of polo in Southern California, where she was allegedly "sex-crazed" and used her stunning looks to sleep with both men and women. A judge wrote in an October 2011 affidavit that Tatyana was engaged with three other men "for a short period of time" after she parted ways with Woolcott.

In his quest to gain full custody, Woolcott told the court that he was worried their son would witness fights between Tatyana and her mother. Furthermore, he also alleged that Mark “discharged a firearm” at their Del Mar home.

However, Tatyana went on to disregard Woolcott’s concerns as “opportunistic” and insisted that her ex was only using it to gain full custody of their son. Woolcott ultimately won full custody of their son, who was allowed to move to Seattle.

Tatyana's former pals said she continued to target rich men and was allegedly “passed around” in the polo circles. Meanwhile, she allegedly also engaged in sexual relationships with women.

According to court records obtained by the Post, one of the men Tatyana had a relationship with even sued her in 2009 for $4,000 in unpaid loans she claimed was a gift. The judge presiding over the small claims court sided with the man and ordered Tatyana to arrange the payment.

Former friends said that things, however, were different with Mark, who was "p***y whipped" and showered the former model with "whatever she wanted."

Mark and Tatyana Remley's relationship

Court documents stated that Mark, a former executive vice president and chief information officer of Signal Corporation, was worth about $30 million when the two were married in March 2011. The two are said to have met at a Starbucks and hit it off instantly. They eventually shared a $5.3 million home in Del Mar, California, and also had a vacation home in Hawaii.

Friends said Mark would pay for all of Tatyana’s whims and desires, even bankrolling a horse dressage and acrobatic show called Valitar they hoped would someday rival the popular Cavalia show. They set up a company called Equustria Development for the same but were forced to file bankruptcy when Valitar failed to draw audiences and closed in 2012.

The couple, however, continued to seek the limelight and eventually became more open about their desire to partake in orgies, friends told the Post. In 2017, Tatyana and Mark were featured on the Showtime series “Naked SNCTM,” which sees members of an elite sex club share partners.

Tatyana was reportedly shown engaging in sexual acts with several women in an episode of the show. “In the beginning of our relationship, we weren’t into this lifestyle,” Mark said, as quoted by the Post. “But as time grew on and our sexuality grew together, we opened up to this type of experience.” He added, “I’m drawn to things that push the limits."

However, the final straw came when a friend told Mark that Tatyana had hired him as a hitman to kill him. She had filed for divorce in July and claimed her husband did nothing while one of his friends raped her.

Mark approached law enforcement, who set up a sting operation with an undercover detective to meet with Tatyana in August at a Starbucks in Solano Beach, California. Following Tatyana's August 2 arrest, Mark told police that his wife burned down his house to the ground just days before attempting to hire a hitman, according to the Coast News.

That said, Tatyana also faces charges for possession of a loaded firearm not registered to her, per the Post.
