Kristoffer Joner starrer 'War Sailor' is a film depicting the sufferings of two Norwegian sailors during the WWII era, written and directed by Gunnar Vikene. It was released in September 2022 and was critically acclaimed.
But now, Netflix has taken over the film and reprised the film as a limited series containing three episodes. Gunnar stated that he always had a mini-series for this story in mind. With this planned re-release, 'War Sailor' will now be available for the entire world, 190 countries to be exact, to enjoy on April 5, 2023, only on Netflix.
