O'AHU, HAWAII: HGTV's new house flipping and renovation series 'Renovation Aloha' is all set to air on Tuesday, February 20, at 9 pm ET.
Married home renovators Kamohai and Tristyn Kalama try their best to transform the worn-down properties of the island of O'ahu in Hawaii and turn them into beautiful living spaces.
The eight-episode series will follow the Hawaii-based couple as they try to renovate properties on the expensive island. Luckily, they have the support of their cousins, who are in the same construction industry.
Viewers will also get a peek into the personal lives of Kamohai and Tristyn, who share two children, Yasiel and Vale, aged seven and five.
For the duo, no house is unsalvagable as long as the property is standing and they can repair it. The couple even runs Instagram and YouTube pages that help people gain knowledge about real estate in Hawaii.

Let's meet the talented hosts of HGTV's 'Renovation Aloha', Kamohai Kalama and Tristyn Kalama, a couple based in Hawaii.
1. Kamohai Kalama
Kamohai Kalama is a real estate pro and an expert in hunting down real estate that would give them profits on being flipped. In the past, he worked as a substance abuse counselor and even owned a clothing store.
Kamohai and his wife, Tristyn Kalama, have applied their entrepreneurship skills to build the real estate business and create jobs for many locals, as he has always felt the need to give back to society.
The pro home renovator also has a passion for photography and has a dedicated website called Kahomai Kalama Photography.
According to his Facebook profile, he went to Kamehameha Schools and later pursued his college degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
He then went on to work at Fortune Builders in September 2018 before he ventured into the real estate business. He married Tristyn on March 5, 2016.
2. Tristyn Kalama
Tristyn Kalama, the designated designer in the pair's real estate venture, is in charge of coming up with renovation plans and selecting everything from countertops to the perfect textiles to fit a space. She also has the final say in staging the house when it is completely done.
Tristyn worked as a mental health counselor before she stepped into the real estate business with her husband, Kamohai Kalama.
She completed her schooling at Kalaheo High School and graduated from Chaminade University. She then worked for Kokua Support Services in 2015.
