LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: An OnlyFans star, who spent thousands of dollars on cosmetic surgery to look like Kim Kardashian, died from cardiac arrest after having silicone injected into her buttocks by an 'unlicensed' practitioner, according to reports. American model Christina Ashten Gourkani, 34, often known online as Ashten G, died in the hospital in after undergoing dangerous treatment.

Vivian Gomez, a Florida woman without a medical license, was hired by Gourkani to help her with the enhancement, according to The Daily Post. Gomez traveled to a hotel in California where she is said to have administered "several injections" of silicone to the OnlyFans model on April 19, according to San Mateo County District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe,

Who is Vivian Gomez?

Gomez is a woman from Florida who does not have a medical license and reportedly assisted the Kim Kardashian lookalike with butt enhancement. The 'unlicensed practitioner' reportedly traveled to a hotel in California on April 19 and is suspected of injecting "several injections" of silicone into Gourkani's buttocks. But shockingly, Ashten G died while she was recovering from the surgery. 

Her family announced her death on April 26 via Instagram and a GoFundMe Page was set up to raise funds for her funeral expenses. "In the early morning hours at approximately 4.31 am on April 20, our family received a tragic phone call from a family member who was frantically screaming and crying hysterically on the other end of the line....Ashten is dying...Ashten is dying. A phone call that instantly shattered our world and will forever haunt our family for the rest of our lives,'' her family said.

Where is Vivian Gomez?

Gomez was arrested on April 20 at Fort Lauderdale airport in Florida, and she will be extradited to Redwood City in San Francisco. She has been charged with involuntary manslaughter and practicing medicine without a license resulting in great bodily injury. The death of Gourkani is currently under investigation by the coroner's office.
