She decided one day that she hadn't been feeling happy in the marriage. She said, "I think he thought that I was just gonna get over it or something. And then, it was a couple of weeks later, I had decided that I had wanted to get a divorce."

As per the report, Katie is not dating anyone as of now but she is ready to meet someone new. "I was just bringing that energy into the season, like, single, ready to mingle," the star said to the outlet.
She added, "It's just like a really positive place. So as much as I was not really digging the idea of being around certain people, I was not gonna let that bother me or affect me too much."
