ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA: 'Real Housewives of Orange County' star Gina Kirschenheiter's troubles with her partner Travis Mullen seem to be unending as his ex-wife Meghan Mullen recently came forward with the claim that they're still legally married, alleging that he has consistently refused to sign mutually agreed-upon divorce terms.
She also stated that he does not wish to ensure a clean break between them for her or her children's sake.
In the recent past, Travis successfully obtained a temporary restraining order from a court that sentenced Meghan not to get in touch with him unless he desired to.
The matter hit the ceiling in terms of court proceedings after Travis lodged a police complaint against Meghan that she was purposefully restricting him from seeing their children, she went on to dig up Gina's past case of driving under the influence.
However, the issues were subsequently resolved, with both mutually deciding to share custody of their children.
Why did 'RHOC' star Gina Kirschenheiter's boyfriend Travis Mullen split with Meghan Mullen?
Travis Mullen could not make his marriage to Meghan Mullen work, and they drifted apart despite sharing three children. Court proceedings first initiated for their divorce in 2017 kept dragging along as both of them came up with one reprisal after another.
Notably, Meghan had previously brought domestic violence charges against Travis while he had claimed that Meghan had assaulted him on one occasion and was then arrested on battery charges. She was, however, let go by the police after an hour.

Gina Kirschenheiter and Travis Mullen recently completed four years of their relationship.
Gina commemorated the happy event in an Instagram post from August 8 and wrote, "Thank you for dealing with my sass and always keeping me laughing," referring to Travis's role in her life.
The couple started dating in 2019 and were living together by 2020. Earlier this year, the children even threw them a "backyard marriage" even though Gina and Travis aren't engaged and don't plan to rush into marriage.
