Who is Jonas Farrell's wife? 'Lakefront Empire' agent raises autistic son with wife Nancy
LAKE OF THE OZARKS, MISSOURI: Jonas Farrell, a second-generation real estate agent at his family's company, was born and raised in Lake of the Ozarks and takes pride in being a true local to the area.
The 'Lakefront Empire' realtor has been married to his wife, Nancy Louise Farrell, for 17 years.
They have two children, Jonathan and Evan, and a tiny schnauzer named Gunner. Jonathan has autism and is quite kind and gentle, but Evan is usually full of activity.
Nancy is presently a stay-at-home parent. She attended Missouri Valley College and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Recreation Administration. She also attended Camdenton High.
Jonas has two siblings: his brother Justin Farrell, who is his business partner, and his sister Alicia Farrell Lange. The real estate agent has been a Kansas City Chiefs fan since he was 12.
He and Nancy owned season tickets but gave them up when they began a family. The pair attempts to go to at least one game every year.

'Lakefront Empire's Jonas Farrell is a second-generation realtor
Jonas Farrell is the son of John and Lynn Farrell, the owners of John Farrell Real Estate Company. He was born on New Year's Eve, 1979, at Lake Regional Hospital, making him a bona fide Lake of the Ozarks native.
He grew up on the lake with his parents and brother, Justin, in Tan Tar A Estates. Jonas graduated from Camdenton High School in 1998.
After graduating from high school, he attended Columbia College for one year before transferring to Southwest Missouri State University (now Missouri State University) and earning a degree in General Business. He was an active member of his fraternity, Lambda Chi Alpha, where he served as House Manager and Student Government Representative.
What is 'Lakefront Empire' about?
In the eight-episode season, Peggy Albers and other colorful real estate agents work hard in the hottest months of the year to secure dream waterfront homes for their clients.
These agents include longtime residents Cierra Grein and [brothers] Jonas and Justin Farrell, as well as recent arrivals to the lake, Gerardo Cornejo and Amanda Smith.
Agents also provide a taste of reasonably priced luxury to prospective purchasers on more limited budgets. The agents are knowledgeable about the lake's vibrant social scene and top locations to reside and use their astute negotiating abilities to seal significant transactions when it comes time to make an offer.

In the meantime, brothers Jonas and Justin, who currently manage the real estate company their parents started, go to Camdenton and the North Shore to assist local company owners in acquiring their ideal lakeside weekend retreat.
In the upcoming episodes, the real estate agents urge homeowners to take a closer look at homes in other coveted Lake of the Ozarks neighborhoods, such as Four Seasons, Gravois Mills, and Osage Beach.
"We used to say that the Lake of the Ozarks was the country’s greatest kept secret," says Jonas. "Now, the secret is out."
