Who is John Reeb? Video of man terrorizing golfers at Ohio course goes viral as past accusations resurface
ARCHBOLD, OHIO: John Warren Reeb, 41, from the small community of Archbold, Ohio, has been identified as the man who lost his mind over a golf ball.
Reeb, who has a history of arrests for "menacing behavior," reportedly became famous when an astounding video of him pulling off his shirt and challenging other players to a fight after disputing with them about a ball went viral.
What did John Reeb do at the golf course?
Dressed in a green polo and khaki shorts, Reeb has been accused of taking someone else's ball, which he has no intention of returning causing the altercation on the golf course.
He held a ball and said, "You'll leave after I don't give you a goddamn thing."
Then, Reeb had a bizarre reaction when another golfer declared he wasn't ready to "fight" on the course.
He saaid, "I'll plant you, b***h boy. Now get the f**k off the cart!"
Reeb then yelled, tensing his muscles as he tore off his shirt, and said, "You see that! That's a dude that's been to heaven, b***h. And you want to test God?"
"You f**king come get it, s**t stack!" he continued.

The other golfers eventually decided to get away after having had enough.
The enraged Reeb then yelled at bystanders, "Been to heaven... leave me alone!"
According to a commenter on the viral TikTok video of the altercation, Reeb was yelling at a female golfer who identified themselves as a witness to the incident.
John Reeb has been arrested twice this summer alone for his aggressive behavior
This isn't the first time Reeb has gone into "hulk mode" on innocent strangers. He had previously been stopped by the police for alleged drug possession, hostile behavior, and trespassing, per Daily Mail.
According to local press sources, the 5 ft 9 inches man has already been detained twice this summer for acting aggressively outside of his home, including one instance where he threatened a neighbor while only wearing his underwear.
The Archbold Buckeye reported that on July 26, Reeb allegedly harassed a guy named Christian William Griteman, 26, in his hometown while only wearing his underwear.
Reeb received a petty misdemeanor citation for unruly conduct under the Archbold municipal ordinance after police spoke with both individuals.
Three days later, at around 1.15 am, Reeb was reported to be following a car down the street while shirtless, prompting calls to the police.
Reeb fled to his house as police knocked, evading capture despite police tracking him down. He was eventually charged with threatening and impeding official business in relation to this event.
Additionally, on July 15, he was charged with disorderly conduct for reportedly shouting at Keith Perry, a 48-year-old resident of Archbold, as he was getting into his truck to leave for work early that morning.
According to Archbold Buckeye, the police report claims that Reeb spat at the truck before attempting to spit on Perry through the open window.
Reeb was arrested twice more in August. On August 10, police made their most recent arrest of him after receiving calls about him reportedly "causing problems with others."
He had also been charged with an infraction warrant earlier in August.
John Reeb's other offenses include trespassing and possessing drugs
Ohio man Reeb's other alleged offenses include trespassing earlier this year and plotting an intentional riot in 2022.
He is also accused of speeding in a school zone in October 2007 and of possessing drugs in July and December 2015.
Reeb was also found guilty of driving while intoxicated in November 2017 and was sentenced to 150 hours of community service and a $560 fine.
Furthermore, Reeb was also the cause of a major car accident in 2020, which resulted in him being thrown out of his car.
